Is a very good place to stay with your family, friends or girlfriend. Mini supermarket and cafe is located at the ground floor. Therefore food is not a problem if you choose to cook on your own or have some simple local delight. The Swimming Pool is located at the rooftop and you will have a beautiful view of the city. The only downside for me on my second day is there is a power outage for about 1 hour, I not so sure is only happen to my level or the whole block. Not to worried is just happen once is just me unlucky. Ha ha ha. To me this apartment is slightly out of town but lucky is very easy to grab a cab, there are always cab waiting at the lobby. As for the staff are very helpful and friendly. We communicate through WeChat for example if I need house keeping or refill of the bottle water. I spend 7 days staying in this 3 bedroom apartment, I came to this apartment a happy men and left a happy man. I highly recommend this apartment to all. Xem tiếp

A few places we stayed in Vietnam advertised three bedrooms but were actually only three beds. This was the exception. It was a proper apartment with three seperate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a fully functioning kitchen and a washing machine & dryer. on the balcony. It was located in a modern building with a rooftop pool. It was a short taxi ride away from district one restaurants and a short walk away from district four markets & eateries. The building was very secure. There was a mini mart & cafe on site and the taxis were controlled by reception so no dodgy taxi drivers could take you for a ride. We loved our stay here and only wish we had booked for longer. Xem tiếp

Lovely place for family on a budget . The view is nice . The pool view is nice at night but if the glass is more clear would be better . The pool is very nice at night. It not too stuffy like in the district 1. It not a bad location . U can cap to district one and it not too far away. Really recommend khuu pho am thu vinh khanh it about 20 mins walk . I was blown away by the flat as everything you need was provided even down to basic cooking oil and condiments and sauces ... really thoughtful! Then I saw the pool with an incredible view of Saigon and the river .. spectacular. Also Hanna the Sunny Tropical manager was a delight and helpful to a point. Can’t wait to return ... very soon!! My family stayed here for a night for our trip in Saigon. My first impression of the room was very warm clean and neat. The kids absolutely loved it as it was very big compared to the other hotels that we stayed in Asia. There was a kitchen in the room and it was equipped enough for me to cook the simple meals for our kids. There was a convenient store just at the corner of the building that had all the things we needed to cook. I have to mention that Sunny is very flexible and hospitable. Since it was a short stay, we only booked the 1 bedroom apartment which maximum is for 2 people. We have 4 people in our family, including a 13 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. We intended to pay for an extra bed for our son, but Sunny was kind enough to bring us an extra mattress, blanket, and towels with no additional charge. She was extremely helpful and available anytime we needed. Apart from that, the place was amazing, friendly and enjoyable. Also, the price was very decent for what we get. I would highly recommend here if you plan to stay in Saigon. Xem tiếp

We booked the private room and must say I was very happy. The rooms are in a new building with good gym and rooftop pool. It's not a hotel and no bars or restaurants close by but easy to take a 5minute taxi into the centre of town. Room was super clean, has a kitchen with all necessary utensils and an inset balcony. Kitchen also has a washing machine, not required for us on this trip but a great bonus if you've been touring a while. Bathroom was good with good 'controllable' water temperature in the shower. Local shop right next to the apartment entrance, ok for snacks / toiletries etc. Close by there are new buildings going up fast so I guess in a year or so the surrounding area will be more developed for restaurants/ bars etc. Overall great value. Actually serviced apartments. Big spacious 60 to 80 sqm. excellent views gym in ground floor pool in rooftop. For 50 euro a night it's a bargain. Breakfast and lunch was complimentary. Cheap tours. WiFi. Xem tiếp

- first when we arrived, the lady in charge advised that the room had some issues (toilet glass door broken) and asked us to go to another condo, the tresor (about 5 mins walk away) --- pls inform us at least 1 day beforehand. You didnt inform us until we reached the lobby of sunny apt even though we were messaging earlier in the day. - the hot water was not turned on. We had to call sunny after a few of us who already had showers . The hot shower button needed to be pressed at the lanyard area. - the tv ran mostly viet language channels. It was difficult to operate. - out of 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom couldnt be locked. The girl informed that the technician could fix it only next day. Some things can never be unseen and potential scar for life if someone walks in on u or if u walked in on someone! - we didnt use any of the apt facilities so wont comment. - the kitchen sink ran only boiling hot water when the main water heater for the showers was turned on. No way to adjust the temp. We got burnt multiple times trying to clean baby milk bottles and plates etc. Not to mention, no drinks or welcome drinks as offered on their list. Fridge empty. Had a half empty coke can in freezer. Needed to go down to shop below to get drinking water. Was convenient that 7-11 was below. Overall we wouldnt come here again. Too many inconvenience caused. The rooms were spacious and all, beds were good. Interior was nice. but the kitchen hot water, the toilet lock issue and tv entertainment is just not acceptable. A manual would have been handy as it is hard for ppl who dont speak viet to understand how to use the tv, or where the water heater was. This review is for Tresor apt as we were not given our original booking. The offer to move back on 2nd day was rejected as we were leaving on a tour early morning and moving around with our parents and a toddler was just too much hassle. Xem tiếp

Big and clean apartment, there’s a kitchen and washing machine (this was really appreciated during a 3-week business trip). Location is ok but not fantastic. I would prefer something a bit more central (my fav in HCMC is still Liberty Central Riverside). In any case you can easily move around with Grab (local Uber super cheap and safe). Lack of some details like a used soap (?!?) in the shower. Why not putting some refillable shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the shower? Pool is ok but very few sun chairs. Located in District 4 but it only takes 10 mins by taxi, around US$2-4, to District 1. Door guards at the main lobby always being helpful. Help you to call taxis from the main road to pick you up. Two mini marts next to the building, you could get the basic necessities eg fruit juice, snacks, sandwiches... etc Oven, microwave n kitchen facilities are newly installed in the flat. Washing machine and placed for hanging washed clothes was wonderful. Nice view at the balcony at night. Just little things made it much better, need cups in bathroom for brushing teeth. Xem tiếp

We stayed in HCMC for only one night. The building is very impressive! The flat was perfectly equipped and clean. Like a big hotel suite. The rooftop pool was a highlight. Arrival and check-in and -out were super easy, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend, best value for money I found in this holiday! (I paid 45€ for one night btw) Xem tiếp

Last month I and my family came back to Vietnam for my younger sister's wedding. We arrived late at night and there was no front desk type of services but their perfect staffs were ready to welcome us when we arrived and told the guards we were Sunny 's guests. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It was a very clean and well appointed apartment. We had two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and nicely equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker and so on which let us feel like staying at home. One more great thing is the location. It is so near district 1 where the wedding occurred. After the wedding we had time to enjoy the city. It is easy to walk or get transit. Building was quiet and was able to get restful night sleep. The rooftop infinity pool which overlooked the city is really nice and wonderful for our stay. So we love all things there.
