Chất lượng khách sạn rẻ so với giá tiền phải bỏ ra. Bữa sáng được phục vụ trên tầng 11, có view đẹp để nhìn ra xung quanh. Đi vào quận 1 và quận 3 rất tiện lợi. Tuy nhiên hệ thống Wifi của khách sạn không tốt, mạng rất chập chờn và không thể access được bằng máy tính cá nhân. Xem tiếp

Đồ ăn sáng ruồi bu ,phải dùng quạt đuổi ruồi, trang thiết bị trong phòng không đủ, thiếu máy nấu nước nóng, remote không dùng được , phòng có mùi ẩm mốc Xem tiếp

I already booked.very late I reached the hotel waiting to check in with all the luggages and with 3 kids (one is 3months).they put the priority to check in first for a foreigner. then the receptionists said they had no room available and moved me to another hotel of the same ownership. Very fast they arranged the taxi for me to move and arranged the suite room of that small hotel with lower standard. The room had very nice view to the lake but the room was dirty,smelly and the breakfast was very poor. i complained via agoda and the hotel returned for me the difference in the price between the Sunny hotel and that Regal hotel when I checked out.I appreciate their acknowledgement and responded very fast to my complaint. But overall I felt mistreated as a woman with little kids Xem tiếp

The hotel is clean and the rooms of a good size. The breakfast is ok in a nice room on the top floor. The only disadvantage is no English news on the tv- no cnn, no bbc, no fox news . The hotel is difficult to find for it is not on the main road but a very small side street. It is just 100 meters or so from the Daewoo hotel and Lotte Shopping mall. Great location. I was working in the close National Pediatric Hospital. There are many nice and priceworthy restaurants in the close surroundings. Hotel situated in back street which makes it quite. Room quality good some with nice view over the lake. Breakfast good with many choices. Service friendly and prompt. Xem tiếp

Comfortable room with view over pretty (but polluted) lake from 7th floor. Easy walking to restaurants and to walk around lake. Breakfast adequate with lots of variety. group of us around 12 arrived together and a single receptionist at the counter handled everything efficiently and fast with a smile. next morning at 8.00 the same girl was at the reception and called the taxies to leave to our conference with a similar efficiency. well done. overall stay was comfortable, but the view from the 2nd floor window where i stayed was awkward. you just look in to the windows of the adjoining old building. we arrived late and the receptionist handled a group of 12 very well. the bellboy was extremely fast and got all the bags to the rooms within the minutes. general response to all requests was good. the hotel didn’t have “soda” although they had a well stocked mini bar with lot of other items. we walked across the road and bought soda from a small boutique opposite the hotel entrance. We came to checkin late (there was not any listed detail about late checkin) and the staffs tried to push us to another hotel. At first they lied to us that the rooms were suddenly unavailable due to broken water pineline and bad electricity. However, after a very long discussion, they admited that the rooms had been occupied as they thought we wouldn’t show up! How rude! Finally, we had to compromise and move to another hotel within their systems. The rooms were not as nice as they promised (they claimed that they had to upgrade our rooms).
