Phòng của khách sạn cũ, cách âm quá kém. Thái độ của nhân viên lễ tân rất tệ. Khi khách cần yêu cầu gửi đồ thì ra lệnh khách tự đi ra hỏi nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng, bên nhà hàng kêu khách tự vào bếp để hỏi, rồi bên bếp kêu khách quay ngược ra lễ tân, sau đó mới được giải quyết. Thử hỏi trách nhiệm nhân viên khách sạn ở đâu? Hotel room is old and the sound proof for the room is poor also. The receptionist's attitude was very bad. When I need some helps to put and keep the things inside the frozen fridge, the receptionist ask me to go and check with the hotel's restaurant staff, the restaurant staff ask me go inside the kitchen to check with the people, then the people inside the kitchen said need the receptionist to agree and record then only can keep, being fool by one big round then only resolved. First of all, don't get fool by the photos, real thing is no where near that. It was advertise 3 stars on Agoda, but is actually 2, which I dont think they even deserve it. Room was awful dirty and old, hot water in shower is not stable at all, some time too hot and some time cold Dont even want to talk about breakfast, I rather eat on the street than in the hotel, dont even have coffee and stuff in the restaurant was extremely rude Dont get con like I do, take my advice and find somewhere else Xem tiếp

I was a bit surprise as me and my friend booked 2 room (online stated VIP room ) for sunflower hotel & spa which is unit 285 but when we arrived we were directed to 283 instead, (Sunflower hotel ) We were given 2 different room size and different level even though we book the same type of room, i was lucky to get a more spacious one, room condition is acceptable for the price, staff consider friendly & helpful, whenever we need taxi, they will get it immediately for us, nearby hotel have cafe restaurants and not far off also have foot massage outlet. nice place to go around. will consider going back especially the room 502 which have a jaccuzzi tub in the toilet Xem tiếp

The place is located in the center which seems to be the only good point about it... When we arrived at that place the person at the reception desk didn't find the reservation; But instead of apologising he blamed us for booking on the internet; He seemed to be very unfriendly after all... The room itself was nice alhtough the air condition didn't manage to cool down the room in a proper way.. The corridors seemed to be very narrow, and it didn't look too inviting; For the next morning I was unfortunately unable to have breakfast at all because the place, the food and the whole area of serving seemed to be so dirty that I lost all of my appetite... On the 1st night we arrived the receptionist can speak little English. We asked them what time will be the breakfast she said from 6:30 am till 10:30 am at 9:00 am the next day me and my hubby went down to the restaurant to our disbelief we cant hardly eat anything as the food was almost finished and their not replacing it. We feel that is not worth it. And they're not even helpful to help us get around Ho Chi Min. Xem tiếp
