this time my colleague and I had a business trip to Vietnam, my colleague was the 2nd time to Vietnam. One of the security guy was very nice to treat my colleague one coffee and lied to him his wife had been collected the asian currency bills...and asked my colleague if he had the money? then he asked my colleague if he knew the exchange rate? my colleague didn’t know then the security guy lied to him and exchanged only equals 1/10 Vietnam dollars to my colleague.... I’d just like to share this bad experience, watch out the security guys of the hotel ! Xem tiếp

Overall it was a nice clean place to stay. The pool was smaller than I thought, probably around 10m. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely. Staff were generally helpful, but there was one occasion where we asked an employee where to buy sim card and she didn't tell us where/how to get one, which I was frustrating, but perhaps she misunderstood what I was trying to say. The room was spacious. However, the was some maintenance work early in the morning and is was very noisy. The staff was smoking in the room. We smell the terrible smoke in our room for 2days! It was not a good experience at all. Xem tiếp

We stayed in 3 diff hotels during this trip in Vietnam, unfortunately this wasn’t the best one for us . They have great interior , but the service was poor ! Especially the receptionist, I would highly recommend to stay at the Harmony Saigon hotel & Spa ! Xem tiếp

The pros is only the location ! When we arrived the hotel we were not even greeted by the receptionist , she looked so fierce as if we’re not welcome at the hotel. We booked 4 rooms in total, 3 rooms the air condition is not working at all, we asked if we could change rooms , and we were told by the receptionist that they will change “ a expensive room and that they will need to take the room back the next day” the overall look of the hotel is great but we are not satisfied with the service and the cleanliness , our bed linens were stained with blood . We stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip , I would highly recommend to stay at the HARMONY SAIGON HOTEL & SPA also located in District 1. This hotel would be a perfect stay if they could improve their services ! Xem tiếp

This a very central,nicely decorated hotel.They do justice to their name.athe small rooftop with a jacuzzi pool is a great bonus.Complete with a bar,sauna,steam room_happy hour ...is a true inner-city treat!!! The stay of ours at the Adora Art was outstanding. The space was spacious with all we call for. It was extremely clean. All of the staff were outstanding in helping us with the inquiry of ours. The breakfast was the very best we'd at the travels of ours around Vietnam. It'd lots of choice with probably the very best yummy food inclusive of Western food options. The extremely friendly and extremely helpful staff actually help me a great deal. The room is quaint. Breakfast is easy but tasty, coffee is great. What I like the best is the location of its that is the center of anything. It's within walking distance on the Ben Thanh market. We will come and remain here once again. Xem tiếp

The hotel presents misleading pictures. First there is no adequate pool but rather a children's pool that is very small and 40cm deep more or less. There is no gym.There is no space on the roof top around the pool as the space is very limited - people lay next to each other. Staff in the hotel was not very nice and when we arrived we waited for 10 minutes for someone to come and pick up our luggage. Cocktails at the roof top bar are quite expensive for Saigon - around 140k for a cocktail. Staff at the roof top bar is not friendly and do not provide good service. Everything is rather slow in the hotel so you have to be patient. There was constant renovation going on of some of the rooms and it was not very pleasant. There is a loud music in the corridors that is turned on at 6am so we could not sleep few nights before we complained. There is no noise isolation and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The breakfast service was slow; the variety of the food is rather adequate. Xem tiếp
