The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Lan assisted us in getting grab taxi to take us to the airport. It is just few steps away from the travel agency where we booked our trip to mekong river tour in klook. Xem tiếp

Staffs are extremely helpful in showing you local places to go, organizing tours, gathering travelers together. Depending on what you're looking for, you can get tips on where to try street food, fancy food, good roof top bar, etc. You just gotta ask! Xem tiếp

The staff, Trung, was very welcoming when we first checked in. Location is good with convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. Just a bit noisy at night as the bar and clubs nearby party throughout the night until 2am or 3am. I'll recommend to join their Cu Chi tunnel half day tour coz the tour guide speaks fluent english and is patient compared to other guide we met at Cu Chi tunnel. Xem tiếp

A nice stay 2 nights, very friendly staff, and ofcourse location was great since it located in the heart of main tourist area in hcmc pam ngu lao street. Located beside of The sinh Tourist office if you want to catch up the early morning bus it will be nice. Overall it was great Xem tiếp

The hostel was located in a convenient place in distinct 1. The Sinh Tourist, the famous travel agency, was just near the hostel by within one-minute walking distance. The room was comfortable and the entire environment was clean. You can get free beer or water every night. The breakfast buffet was great and there are different fruits and drinks. Xem tiếp

I stayed in the private double room with balcony. Room is new and spacious with good TV channels and a fridge. The balcony was large and overlooked the action below. The bed and pillows were perfect. The washroom was modern and hot water was plentiful. The breakfast was bacon and eggs and baguette and custom cooked for you each morning. The staff were professional and courteous. The only con was the late night noise of the bars below which went on past 4am. However, this was not the fault of the hotel but rather is a tradeoff you should consider for this fantastic location just around the corner from the action. For myself, ear plugs did the trick. Really enjoyed my stay here. However, it can get really loud at night because the hostel is located on a very busy road, and near a few night clubs. It was no problem for me, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs and maybe some sleeping pills! Xem tiếp

We came in late around 8pm and no booking that night but they were kind enough to spare a room for me and my friend. The following night, they transferred us to another room which is more spacious. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. There is no elevator so if your room is on the 3rd floor, better not to have big luggage. The best part is they have free saigon beer every night! I actually returned to this hostel during my 2nd trip to HCMC. I would like to especially commend the employees who remembered me and really offer great assistance to me during my stay. Mainly they are Trung, Nha and Heng. Super friendly, helpful and go out of their way to assist the travelers normally. The hostel is clean and is strategically located at street adjacent to popular backpacker street, Bui Vien, which had lotsa pubs and awesome restaurants lining side by side. It gets a little noisy for beds located near the balcony as some pubs blast the music really loud into 4am but I have no trouble sleeping as the hostel rooms are quiet, clean and feels homely. STRONGLY recommended for any backpackers and they offer a lot day tour service at their counters on first floor. They also offered a free beer or water daily, free towels and laundry service for USD1 (1kg of clothes) eateries and convenience stores next door. Awesome place to stay! Xem tiếp

A late review - stayed with them for about 2 nights, its a great hostel because of the friendly and super helpful staff. The bed is comfortable, and they gave you a locker each to keep your large backpack. Theres a charge by the bed. Overall, the room is comfortable except you have to climb about 2 to 3 floors depending which floor your room is at. Booked a twin bed room. This 1 star place could probably be a 2 star, at least for the twin bed rooms. Front reception is actually a tour booking centre which doubles as reception. They kept my passport and originally put me into a twin single bedroom which was on level 3 (walk up semi spiral staircase after taking off shoes at base of staircase). Room was attractive, high ceiling approx 12 feet, new white/purple painted walls, attached bathroom with included packaged soap, toothbrush/paste, packets of shampoo, mini fridge, no LCD/TV, had air con but it did not work. After I complained they moved me to level 1 room which had cracked paint, double bed, no soap, and shower was either boiling hot or cool if hot water not on. Still, lighting in both rooms was excellent (I don't like rooms with dull yellow lighting), ceiling was high, room was decent- about x 2 double beds could fit in, and had mini fridge- some 2 star places don't have fridges. There's plenty of massage, tour, 24 hour 7-11 type shops downstairs, only 50m from 23-9 park, a Subway around the corner, the sole McDonalds in HCM is 8 min walk away (for both SW and McD- exit front, turn right towards 23-9 park- can see Chinese archway, then turn right again and walk straight) Xem tiếp

Staffs are friendly, helpful and well trained. They arranged temporary bed in dormitory room for us to rest and bath since our room was yet ready due to our early check in. Besides, they also offered us to bath at their bathroom during the period of we back from Mui Ne and before our flight back. Xem tiếp

Staff try their best to accommodate you and will allow you to place your bags behind the counter if early check-in. Some amount of music can be heard from nearby bars but not to loud if windows are closed and still able to sleep. Beds are big and comfortable. I stayed in a 12 bed dorm which was spacious!! There's large lockers next to the beds. The bathrooms were clean and it's such a nice place to stay!! It is located in the heart of back packers district. I made great friends in my room and the staff were helpful. A must stay!! Xem tiếp

Perfectly located in the heart of HCM District 1. Staff are very accommodating but make sure to inform them in case you will arrive late as they close the main door by 2am. They have a clean bunk bed with own light lamp and electrical outlet for charging. Also, accommodation comes with locker (free). Xem tiếp

Great place to stay when exploring Ho Chi Minh City! The staff were super helpful in booking our trip to Cu Chi. The guide in our bus was very informative and made us all laugh with his jokes. That aside, the hostel also has a wonderful breakfast included in the price. The ladies who cook in the morning are wonderful and super accommodating. I actually stayed one night in their 6bed dorm but liked it so much that I extended to stay in their triple room. Xem tiếp

Me and my friend we booked without payment, they actually arrange 1 person to stay at lobby and brought us to our room at 4am. After we check in, they did not ask for payment immediately but let us rest for the night. This is very impressive customer service. The room and toilet is clean. With TV channel can watch movie as well. The morning when we checked out, they still offer us to place our luggage and offer us we can take shower before we go to airport. we never expect with this amount of money we can get such service. Definitely will stay there again if we ever go to Vietnam again! Xem tiếp

I love the staff and bed quality in hostel. Aircon is 24 hours, bathroom water pressure is good and always clean. Even location is good, but for those sleep early could get noise from bar surrounded. Xem tiếp
