Great location for a great price. The place is clean, cool aircond, great hot shower. The balcony is a little different (located indoors) but not a problem for us. Staff is always greeting, smiling, polite & ready to help when needed. Overall, we had a good stay. Would recommend to others if you're looking for an affordable stay at a great location. Xem tiếp

We booked a standard double room and got a room without a window even though there were windows shown in some pictures of the room category. Laundry was offered by the hotel in cooperation with another company (?). It was very expensive with 50k/kg. Dirty shoes got extra charged with 0.5kg weight + 40k. Our laundry also got mistaken but finally after some waiting we got the right one back. Location and staff is quite nice, but wouldnt recommend though. Xem tiếp

Pros: good location Cons: Bed very hard feels like wooden plank. Very noisy hotel. Although the inside balconies look nice it means that all the noise comes all the way up the stairs including reception phone ringing. NO SHOES. Very annoying to have to never be allowed to wear your shoes to enter. No lift so you have to walk up 7 floors. WiFi was switched off all the time so rarely was able to use it. Xem tiếp

To be honest, the location is spot-on. You can hardly get any better. the hotelroom itself is quite okay, but no elevator and the room doesnt have windows to open to outside (only i door courtyard. in order to get some daylight into your room you need to open the balcony doors which isnt what you want to do with all the mosquitos flying around. Openings i the bathroom cannot be closed so its open to the elements all the time. i also found a 6 cm big cockroach in front of my door. i slept in many not to expensive homestays/hotels/hostels, but this was a first. Finally the bed was really hard, even $3 hostels have better beds. In the end the homestay is do-able but in relative terms speaking not worth the money, so i left after 1 night to another homestay in Hoi-An. Xem tiếp

Location was great, walking distance from everything and right be the old town, cross over the bridge and have a huge amount of restaurants to choose from down the walking street. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall great value for money Xem tiếp

Property is literally across the street from Ancient town and is surrounded by great local restaurants. But the highlight was Jenny, a friendly, smiling, helpful woman who was so welcoming and kind! Highly recommend this wonderful property if you are heading to Hoi An! Xem tiếp

Pros: Great location- easy walking distance to all of the old town. Tons of food and shopping nearby. Very clean rooms, and good shower with hot water. Very sweet and helpful support staff. Cons: Breakfast is not included, and because most local homestays/hotels offer it we had trouble finding breakfast nearby. (Coffee is available around the corner though) No window in the room (some may have wi does so be sure to request one). Owner was working our last morning and seemed confused about...well...everything. Maybe should pay to have support staff there all the time. Overall it’s decent though a bit overpriced. Xem tiếp

The staff was very friendly, helpful and really cared about the guests and their interests. Their english was fine too. For the breakfast you have to walk 1 minute to a Partner Hotel where you get a Buffet breakfast with freshly made Omeletts, fresh fruits, noodles, bread, and more. You can also use the swimming Pool there. The location is very close to the old town and many Restaurants. Renting a scooter was easy and the Scooter was new and good. Only the bed was a little hard. When I saw photo on Agoda, I thought that the home stay had a swimming pool. Actually, the photo is from other villa. The bathroom has no wind-fan so that it likes a sausage. No hot water for shower Air condition does not work well. 16 degree likes 26 Good things are cleanliness, large balcony Xem tiếp

L'établissement situé juste en bordure de la zone "vielle ville" est malgré tout très calme (prenez une chambre coté cours). Le personnel est souriant et disponible. L'établissement est très propre et fort agréable. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Hoi An. Xem tiếp

11시인가 늦은 시간에 체크인했어요. 미리 스케줄 문의하는 메일도 보내주시고 늦게 체크인 한다니까 또 답주시고. 늦은 시간에도 카운터 아가씨 나오셔서 친절히 맞아주셨어요. 방도 나름 깨끗하고요. 발코니있어서 동네 골목 구경도 하고. 화장실도 깨끗한 편이예요. 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡아주시고. 웃는 얼굴로 맞아주셔서 참 좋았어요~ 번창하세요~ Xem tiếp
