Đầu tiên, tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn đến đội ngũ của du thuyền đã giúp cho gia đình chúng tôi có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời Du thuyền có thiết kế hiện đại với bể bơi, sân golf và sân tổ chức tiệc BBQ. Chúng tôi được chào đón bằng những ly nước bưởi đẹp mắt và bữa trưa ngon miệng sau một chuyến hành trình dài (chúng tôi phải tự lái xe 5h để đến du thuyền). Phòng đã được chuẩn bị sẵn sàng để nhận sau bữa trưa. Chúng tôi bất ngờ vì trong phòng có sẵn một chiếc cũi rất chắc chắn (gia đình tôi có em bé 6 tháng và đã mang sẵn cũi dự phòng nhưng đúng là không cần thiết). 2 ngày ở đây đúng là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời của gia đình tôi với những hoạt động như chèo thuyền kayak, bơi giữa vịnh, ngắm nhìn bình minh, hoàng hôn trên biển. Và ĐẶC BIỆT là bữa tối đêm thứ 2 (ngày sinh nhật vợ tôi), đội ngũ du thuyền đã làm chuyến đi thêm đáng nhớ với những món quà nho nhỏ, bài hát, bản nhạc piano, ... There are many boats in Halong Bay, different levels of comfort and prices and Stellar of the Seas had an amazing cost/ value ratio. The boat itself is fantastic with great facilities, a gorgeous modern aesthetic, not too many rooms and the staff is beyond nice. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, that you feel welcomed and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the food options, the customer service and my room. This was our Pre-wedding holiday as we weren't doing a honeymoon and somehow it felt like the staff knew this and made this trip extra special for us. They were all amazing, food was excellent (as well as presentation) and we just had the best time! We would definitely do this all over again if we get a chance :) Xem tiếp

I cannot express enough how wonderful my trip was on the Stellar of the Seas! Between the stunning boat, the fun excursions and the WONDERFUL crew (especially Abbie, Sarah, James, David, Harley and Olivia!), the cruise was perfect. The beautiful boat (which felt like a floating 5-star hotel) was home for my 3 day/2 night cruise, and as other reviews mentioned, our ship went through Halong Bay (with 500 boats) and Lan Ha Bay (only 30 boats), so it was both peaceful and we felt like we were on an exclusive adventure. The staff created a great environment for all of the guests to mix and mingle in a luxurious and relaxed environment, which led to lovely day excursions and nightly dinner and drinks. I really can't think of anything negative to stay, I only wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you for such a memorable experience! Xem tiếp

Chose this ship based on appearance alone, but I was blown away with the exceptional service the entire team provided. From the easy transfer to and from Hanoi, OLD quarter. The exquisitely charming staff, good at making sure I felt comfortable, in another language. The staff were great, always smiling, and happy to make sure my glass was never empty. They were all joyful, and polite, and very patient with my less than ideal Vietnamese speaking skills. The cruise all in all was fantastic, even with the lack of sunshine, still an amazing time. Would definitely recommend based on comfort, quality, and friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff. 3 day 2 nights exactly enough. Also available was 2 day 1 night, but would probably be too short and would miss out on some of the cultural excursions. Xem tiếp

Amazing views, well kept boat, super clean everywhere with towel service. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They really make an effort to make your experience a personal one. Many small gestures to show their attentiveness. Highly recommend!! Xem tiếp

David & his team of crews are wonderful! They are very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. They took the effort to remember all the guests name. We did a 3 D 2 N programme & it was awesome. Did Kayaking , visited the village , & dark cave. I like how the crew took care of us, when Cycling they will arrange for a staff to lead the front and another behind to Ensure no one left behind. Beautiful cruise boat, rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Good choice of food, only issue we had was that the hot food was cold by the time we got it. We did mention this to staff and they will look at options to try and keep it hot, otherwise there is plenty of choices and it was very nice. Staff and service was amazing. We were fortunate to do the 3d/2n option and very happy we did as it isn't as rushed as the 1 night stay. Would happily do this cruise again. Xem tiếp

The experience with Stella was the truly the best of the best. I am a frequent traveler and very picky on my accommodation. But the service at the Stella was beyond my expectation. I have 13 year old daughter so we stayed in two connecting rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are so big that you don't even remember you are in a cruise. Spotless clean and luxuries. Meals were so good. specially the bbq dinner was very good. But most amazing thing was the level of the customer service. All the staffs were so professional. For any request or needs, they responded so fast and promptly with beautiful smile.We stayed in Vietnam for 10 days and the night at the Stella was the highlight of the trip. Only regret is that we didn't stay for the 2nd night. I strongly recommend to anyone who thinking of stay at Stella, definitely worth 2 nights. Whether you are meat/seafood/vegetarian, etc, they will try their best to note your diet restriction. The cruise has optimal combination of scenic, quieter journey since it's by bigger speed boat, nice unhurried activities, lovely personnels and program. We had truly first class service on this cruise of Lan HA Bay. The food was great but the service was top notch. We watched as they laid down towels for us to sit in the row boat that ever cruise uses for the dark & light cave tour. All the other boats just put their guests onto the row boat but ours made sure every guest sat on a towel and helped each guest on. During dining services the boat staff would hold the babies or help entertain the children so us parents could eat. Absolutely fabulous service. Xem tiếp

2day 1nigjt cruise. Beautiful yacht with very attentive staff. Food was amazing, with mainly seafood being served however bbq dinner had steak and lamb also. We travelled in low season so we felt that the price was very good value. Cruise route was very good also as there we very few boats around us. Cruise was also peaceful and at times we felt like we had the entire boat to ourself. This cruise was definitely the highlight of our time in vietnam Xem tiếp
