Ks khá đẹp và sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Tuy nằm hơi xa trung tâm nhưng ks có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy nên khá tiện. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ dọn hàng ngày. Tiện nghi khá đầy đủ có cả bồn tắm gỗ nhỏ xinh ngay ngoài phòng khá thú vị. Nếu trang bị thêm máy sấy nữa là quá tuyệt Xem tiếp

We are backpackers and It was really hard to find cheap eats for us. There's no kitchen to cook something. but the staff girl was very nice. She barely spoke English but very kind. We stayed 3 nights in a dorm bcuz it was cheap and we wanted to get out of Downtown area. It was good but we got bored very quickly and eventually got back to Downtown again. Xem tiếp

This is my first time the hostel really liked the hotel. Very clean, new furniture and nice interior.   Very nice staff.   This hostel will be very good for you if you want to relax, rest and be in silence. (Especially after Ho Chi Minh, for example) 😁 I will definitely return there Xem tiếp

The hotel is new, clean, beautiful, spacious, bright. The location is quite and not much nearby. Everything was good with the staff (apart from the poor English) until the last day. I needed to talk to the receptionist as the day after I had the flight early morning. I had to wait for 45 min as nobody was there. Finally a guy came, drunk. He apologised and said he would have taken me to the airport for free. Then he said my stuff was moved in another room for that night and I didn't understand why. I checked my previous room and there was nothing wrong. I was so annoyed that they touched my personal things without my permission. Then I realised that the receptionist was sleeping in my same room. He went to the toilet and vomited and didn't clean properly. The morning came and I had to wake him up for the lift. He told me to wait and after a while a taxi driver came. I said: I'm not going to pay. So another member of the staff paid the taxi. My last night was really bad. Such a pity Xem tiếp

I arrived late to the hotel because of a late flight. At 1 am there was no one at the reception. I tried knocking on doors and calling telephone numbers. I tried to sleep on a hard bench but could not because i was also being bitten by mosquitos. Eventually at about 4.40 am one of the managers appeared followed by im assuming another manager. She apologised by telling me that her staff were on Tet holiday. That to me is not an oppology but an excuse. It is unforgivable and that is why I am writing this review. I eventually got to sleep some time after 5 am. Waking up with a headache pretty much ruining the rest of the following day. No compensation ! Dear management Your hotel is beautiful but your lack of attention to service needs a lot of thought improvement. Xem tiếp

Situé à 500 m de la Mer dans la Ville nouvelle en construction de Duong To cet Hôtel Tout Neuf est Aménagé avec un mobilier design et de qualité . Le lit est très très confortable . Fermé et moelleux à la fois . La déco de la chambre est très belle . L’insonorisation avec l’extérieur et le couloir n’est pas bonne mais c’est propre à tous les bâtiments de cette ville nouvelle . Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent à condition d’avoir une moto ou une voiture pour se déplacer sur l’île de Phu Quoc . Xem tiếp

Hotel neuf, du coup la chambre est impeccable et bien meublée. Pour le prix ca en vaut vraiment le coup. Deux petits hics : le gérant de l'hotel fait ce qu'il peut mais a un niveau d'anglais limité ainsi que les autres membres du personnel, il ne faut pas compter demander des informations sur l'ile ou différentes options de voyage telles que réserver un ferry ou autre ca serait trop compliqué. Location de scooter possible sur Place, du coup meme si effectivement le quartier est tout neuf et donc encore peu habité / fréquenté, possibilité d'aller à Duong Duong a coté rapidement. Pour la plage, il y en a une magnifique à proximité de l'hotel. Bref je recommande si vous savez deja ce que vous voulez faire / ou Aller en scooter. Xem tiếp

Éloigné de tout, plage pas loin mais sans plus, on était au 1er étage et très bruyant entre les bips de l ascenseur et un Bip continu provenant de la réception. Le staff ne parle pas anglais, donc communication impossible. Mais la chambre est belle et nettoyée tous les jours si vous faites la demande. Mais il faut impérativement un scooter! Xem tiếp
