It is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk to the night market. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. It’s a must stay if in Hanoi. Five stars all the way. Xem tiếp

We booked a deluxe double room but when we checked in the hotel, we were told the room was having some electrical problem. We were asked to wait or checked in to another of their sister hotel. The receptionist said not sure how long it would take to repair. In addition, the receptionist said the room that we booked has no view but according to agoda's booking it has nice city view. Obviously the hotel has no room for us and tried to get us to stay in their sister hotel. We had no choice so we checked in to their sister hotel, Splendid Star Boutique hotel. The so-called upgraded family room was old and the bathroom was also very old. We were fully disappointed. The only good thing was the hotel staff were friendly. Xem tiếp

Pros, - Location. Very close to convenience store, restaurant, tourist attraction, and Hoan Kiem Lake. - Beds are super comfy. - Easily accessible. - Breakfast is great. Not much variety but good enough. - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Hot powerful shower. Cons, - They move us to the sister hotel on the first night, but they move everything back to this hotel by themselves so it was all good. - The hotel is very small. the lobby and room. much smaller than I thought. - Only four working channels (CNN, MTV and some I can't remember). - Extremely complicated shower to operate. - No parking space in front of the hotel since it is a very small street, so you have to hurry in and out of the cab. - A little pricy. They tried to move us to their "sister" hotel , saying the rooms are full but after demanding refund instead, I got a room. I saw other guests coming to the hotel and being driven to another hotel in a taxi. Location is good but the first encounter left me a sour taste Xem tiếp

Cons: Pure air conditioning. It was very hot in the room. It was impossible to eat breakfast there cause the air conditioning didn’t work in the dining room as well. Pro: The staff was extremely friendly Xem tiếp

Excellent value for money and good location. Adequate breakfast. Family suite was ok for us but I wouldn't call it spacious. Hardly any space to unpack luggage. Toiletries provided but had to ask for top up of shower gel and housekeeping kept forgetting to give us 3 towels instead of 2. Also had to ask for the complimentary bottled water almost every day. Housekeeping only cleans the room only in the afternoon so don't expect a clean room if you go out in the morning and return before 2pm. Noisy fan that shook so much that we kept it off. Friendly and helpful staff. Just remember that it is a 3 star hotel and don't expect too much. Xem tiếp

The hotel was quite small and tight, but it more than made up for it by having helpful and accommodating staff, a decent and clean room, and a delicious breakfast with a beautiful scenery. The location was very central, it was right at the heart of the Old Quarter and the weekend night market. I will not hesitate to come back here again. Xem tiếp
