I had booked a Suite. I emailed them 3 times to ask about airport transfer but no one ever replied. I arrived and was told they had overbooked and could not get me room till next day but had put me in another hotel. After much argument I got them to transfer me to the other hotel as I didn't want to have to move twice. All the time they say is mistake but I say no just bad management. The other hotel was average but what choice did I have as I couldn't cancel my booking or I would lose my money. Other hotel Apus Hotel the room was smaller and the corridor smelled of old vomit. * Location is good. That's the only positive. * After check in the security guard ignored us when we said we can bring our own bags to the room. He then hung around our room showing us obvious things like the balcony & towels. We had to wait on the balcony for him to leave (obviously hoping for a tip) * Elevator didn't work on the second day. Lucky we were only on 6th floor. * Swimming pool is disgusting. Looks cloudy. * We asked them to come back in 20 minutes to clean the room as we were not ready to leave at that time. They eventually came back hours later when we already had come back to and stood there giggling in the room. They asked us to leave so they could clean but we said it was too late and just wanted to relax. * Room had a bath. We didn't realise that this would sacrifice a proper shower. Had to kneel down to use the shower in there. * Laundry lost one of our shirts. * We were willing to let this go until they then tried to charge us for a dirty towel on checkout. They eventually dropped the charge when we protested about losing our shirt. Xem tiếp

We had a room booked and paid, called reception to get info of them on airport transfers the staff wear extremely rude and not very helpful, they hung up the call and took phone of the hook. Upon arrival at the hotel the only staff member that worked there denied that it was her that spoke to us on the phone and not helpful.. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel Xem tiếp

Awful stay. Mini fridge did not work, TV did not have good reception. Noisy from bars near by. Staff miserable apart from a couple of nice security guys. Advertised in room safe but had none, after complaining they brought one in and plonked it in the cupboard. That's nice I said, we out all of our belongings in there and someone can just walk off with it. Breakfast average and cleanliness is non existent. Should have stayed at Ha Noi Golden 4 again. I booked this hotel for 2 nights for my family. However upon arrival we were told that the rooms were oversold, thus there was no available room for us even though we already paid for it via Agoda. This should not have halppened. Though we were very disappointed for what had happened, the staffs were trying their best to accomodate us by sending us to another hotel, cover the cost of staying at the other hotel, and gave us 50% percent refund. This is a very new hotel and has a very modern feel to it. The receptionist space is spaceous and comfortable. I will definitely try to stay at his hotel at a future date when coming back to Nha Trang. Xem tiếp

整体环境不错，尤其是有阳台，晚上在阳台上小酌一下，很舒服哦。酒店环境还是不错的，比较干净。装修相对简单。但是性价比比较高。很多俄国人住在这里。房间有浴缸，泡泡澡很不错。 Xem tiếp

Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende. Dog havde nogle af dem sproglige begrænsninger. Vi lejede scooter, hvilket var billigt: 45 kr. for en hel dag - det kan varmt anbefales. Hotellet sørger for kontakten. Også en ½-dags-sejltur med 3 dyk ved 2 øer incl. lunch til 105 kr. kan anbefales. Morgenmaden kan og burde forbedres - kun få retter med et lille udvalg. Vi boede på 15. etage med balkon og en fantastisk udsigt. Der er em lille pool på toppen, med en flot udsigt over byen. Alt i alt var vi tilfredse med opholdet på Sophia Hotel. Xem tiếp

Заезжали на пару дней с 4-6 ноября 2019 г. Остались довольны. Заселили раньше положенного времени (в 10 ч уже были в номере). Да ещё и номер дали лучше, чем бронировали! Уютный с большим балконом, хотя бронь была на маленький номер с окном. В целом всё понравилось. Да здесь много китайцев. Но они нам ни сколько не мешали. Завтрак вкусный, докладывают порции, если что то заканчивалось. Персонал говорит на английском. Улыбчивые, веселые ребята) из недостатков только что нет пандуса при входе в отель, так как мы были с коляской. Но местоположение закрывало все недостатки! Все всё рядом. Обменник, Риц, кафе, тут же фрукты, одежда,все в шаговой доступности. В бассейне не купались, не знаем как там. Лифт один, но нас это напрягало. Приезжал быстро. Номер чистый, убирали часто. Рекомендуем тем кому нужен недорогой отель с хорошим завтраком👍 с отличным местоположением. Xem tiếp
