We had an amazing stay at Song Toan Hotel. The family was so sweet and incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier but we managed with Google translate. No big deal. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best in Vietnam (awesome shower). The included breakfast was delicious and generous. The wifi was fast. The hotel is located right in town which was perfect! amazing value for money. I would 100% recommend Song Toan Hotel. Xem tiếp

Really great location with access to rent scooters from the hostel. The breakfast was great and I can’t fault the hospitality of Soan. He was brilliant, he even hosted some drinks with some of us guests providing us with some rice wine! Xem tiếp

The owners of the hotel are amazing, their English is not great but they go out of their way to do everything for you. The value for money is incredible, the rooms are clean, spacious and so cheap it’s unbelievable, along with being in the perfect location. Could not recommend to stay here more! Xem tiếp

Owners of the hotel are the nicest people on earth. The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast is delicious. We had amazing time in Phong Nha because of this place. Xem tiếp

The owner is one of the nicest persons we met in Vietnam. The room was super clean. You can rent a motorbike for cheap and you can walk to the booking Office where you can book the tours for the caves. This is btw the first time i gave 5 Stars. Only negative thing is that the owners English is very poor. But we managed to communicate through google translate. Xem tiếp

We got the deluxe double room with balcony and it was massive! Everything was nice and new. No TV but we don't watch TV anyway so didn't matter. No kettle or mini bar but beer and water and food downstairs and everything you need in the street right at your door step. Omlettes for breaky were amazing!! We stayed 3 nights, was a very comfortable stay. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly I loved her!! I'd definitely recommend. Xem tiếp

This is a basic hotel, run by one of the sweetest families in phong nha, they’re always on site smiling and checking your happy plus hydrated! Thanks for all the water! The basic nature of this place is all you need because the area is seriously beautiful and intense. A mountain face hangs over the roof terrace and the caves are just down the road. The best thing about Song Toan is the reception guy (sorry we never asked your name). My girlfriend asked a million questions and he answered them all, sometimes he had to go away check but he always found the answer, everything he booked was good value for money. His prices were the same or better than the booking offices on the street. It gets better. He gave us a short scooter lesson, carried our bags to the bus so that we could queue for good seats and had genuine interest in why as well as what we were doing in Phong Nha. There’s so many hotels and hostels in Phong Nha, this ones our favourite. Xem tiếp

I stayed here as a solo female wanting a break from dorm rooms. The room was very clean and bathroom immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely night sleep. Stayed for two nights. Very central to everything, lovely kind staff who will help you with anything you need. Also rented a scooter and breakfast was adequate. Would recommend and very good value for money. Xem tiếp

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier, um den Nationalpark und die Höhlen zu besuchen. Die Lage ist ideal. Sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bamboo Café). Personal war unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Roller (sehr guter) haben wir hier gemietet für 90.000 VND den ganzen Tag. Würden wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Phong Nha. Xem tiếp

Guter Ort um zu übernachten. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir kamen um 4:30uhr morgens mit dem Nachtbus aus Ninh Binh an und befürchteten, die Zeit bis zum Check in (12) warten zu müssen. Der Mitarbeiter (der hinter der Rezeption schlief) bemerkte uns und lies uns auf unser Zimmer, sodass wir quasi eine halbe Nacht länger da waren. Sehr flexibel. Negativ war, dass es einige Käfer und Eidechsen gab, die nix unversucht ließen, ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Aber das ist wahrscheinlich normal. Xem tiếp

Všechno naprosto skvělé, hotel je v centru vsi, všechno je blízko, levné půjčení skútru. Celý hotel i pokoj jsou naprosto čisté, je zde ticho. Hotel vlastní moc milá rodinka se třemi dětmi. Malá holčička je moc roztomilá a mluví dobře anglicky - v případě potřeby vše překládá. Majitelé jsou moc lidí, darovali nám večeři zdarma, sehnali lístky na autobus... Vždycky se na nás jen usmívali. Nemáme vůbec co vytknout. Xem tiếp
