The range of rate of the room is reasonable The room is clean, big and comfortable The staff unable to speak proper English, and not friendly When we request something they don't feel like serve to us The location is bad, which far to the center of the mui ne The facilities of the resort are bad, it seems like closed down resort. This hotel definitely has seen better days, today it's very slow with paint peeling, bored security guards and not much happening. But it's also much more relaxed than the main tourist strip that's about 10 minutes taxi ride away and the low tide in the morning brings out a lot of local fishermen from the nearby village offering their fresh catching. An epic breakfast of crabs and clams can be had cooked on the beach with cold beer from the restaurant. The hotel restaurant is fair, will get you through the day but can feel a bit old after a while. Xem tiếp

This place was a worst hotel place I've ever seen.Dirty, expensive, noisy,unsafety. I got a lot of things to say about this place, but what for? I'm pretty sure that I'm not coming back to this place. It's not a good place to use for vacation,.. Xem tiếp

The staff could not speak english. And the place was kind of odd. The location was far from the tourist centre however the scooter was cheap for rent. Would still not recomend it if you want to stay close to the beach, resturants or stores. Xem tiếp

We booked for 4 nights on Agoda thinking it was from 27th March, however discovered on arrival when we checked the booking that it was from the 28th. The staff were accommodating and sorted us with a room at the same rate as our booking. Our booked room included a stunning view over the ocean, was very private and very clean. We initially struggled communicating with the staff who speak limited English. The hotel caters mainly to the local market as a weekend holiday destination. The place is packed on the weekends and can be quite chaotic at times with the staff very busy, but we were well looked after and they went out of their way to prepare us special hot pot and clay pot meals . The acting manager, Hung, was extremely accommodating, spoke excellent english and assisted us with communicating with the staff. Once we made an effort to use more Vietnamese the staff warmed to us. While the beach is not the cleanest (lots of rubbish), the water was warm and the sunsets were something special. While Song Bien is not located in the main towns of Mui Ne or Phan Thiet, we highly recommend hiring a scooter to explore the Fairy Stream, Red Dunes, White Dunes, Mui Ne, Phan Thiet and Wine Castle, and the resort is on a main bus route too. All in all we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is more tailored to the local market at present, which may not appeal to all, but we enjoyed straying from the usual tourist routes to experience a more authentic view of Vietnam. It took a bit of patience at the beginning, effort from us with communication, and involvement with the locals to really get the most from our stay at Song Bien. Xem tiếp
