Spent 3 nights at Soleil Boutique Hotel for a short trip to Hanoi. Even though we arrived late on that night, the bellman was already there to welcome us. The check-in and check-out were quick. Receptionist, bellman and concierge attendant were super friendly, they would always say hi whenever you enter the hotel. The location was good as it is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores nearby so you shouldn't be afraid of being hungry. Since this is a brand new hotel, for the facilities and cleanliness, I would say excellent. Ms Chloe provided an incredible service when we checked out. Would definitely recommend. Xem tiếp

Bed (mattress and comforter), bathroom: very clean and cozy Breakfast and restaurant staff: excellent Receptionists: I was disappointed with less hospitality and professionalism of some female staff. Guest rooms and the restaurant are fine, but unfortunately their unattentiveness flaws all the strong points. There are many superior 3-4 star hotels which can keep an excellent balance of tangible and intangible factors in Hanoi. I wonder if they can survive in thus tough competition without retraining receptionists?? Xem tiếp

It is nice from afar but up close, not so much. We chose the Soleil last minute and though they were very nice to let us check-in early, we arrived to our room to notice dark streaks of who knows what along the base of the toilet (which they cleaned after a call to the front desk), but after that, I found another dark brown stain on the door plus other areas in the room that were not as clean as I would prefer - I just never felt entirely clean after that experience. The room was extremely small - think NYC hotel room size. The hotel staff was hit or miss, some were helpful, others less so. Xem tiếp

It’s in a good part of old quarter, not directly on busy busy street. Rooms are clean and modern and quite. Breakfast is very good! If you value good breakfast with variety it’s a good choice. Didn’t have street facing room and I recommend never getting street facing room anywhere near old quarter especially on weekend! Xem tiếp

Hotel started operation since Sept. 2019. So, the rooms and facility were extremely clean. Check-in was quick. Staff at reception and restaurants were all great. Room sizes on website are slightly exaggerated. We booked a Double Deluxe room, but the spaces are all three sides of the bed were roughly 60cm from the bed to the wall or closets. Our booking was for six nights, and there was no way that we could stay that long in that small room. So we upgraded to a larger room for an extra charge. The restroom is bigger than other hotels nearby. Breakfast buffet has many choices. Baguette and bread were really good, but the jam was very low quality. Coffee was average, while the fruits were fresh and good. Many good restaurants within 10 minutes walking. Strongly recommend this hotel if you can cope with the small rooms or get a good deal for the bigger rooms. Xem tiếp

I booked the Soleil Boutique Hotel for my girlfriend and I. We have travelled to many different places around Vietnam in the year that we have been living here and this was definitely one of the nicest. All of the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful (which is good because my girlfriend can be quite fussy), the food at the restaurant was very nice and it was in a good location. I will be coming back to Hanoi in a few weeks and I plan to stay there again. Xem tiếp

Ottimo hotel appena costruito dallo stile davvero carino e sempre pulito. Staff molto cordiale. Unica pecca: la dimensione delle stanze ovvero la camera deluxe è accettabile mentre la standard è veramente piccola perciò può andare bene per 1 notte ma di più diventa difficile starci.
