This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The people were very friendly, professional and accomodating. No pretenses here, they truly made me feel like home and were so helpful. The hotel location is perfect, the accomodation was quiet, clean and well-serviced. They even allowed me to use the club lounge library for a bit of studying/reading in between exploring the city. You have a loyal customer and I will definitely be back. This property lives up to its "Sofitel Legend" status. Xem tiếp

Charging almost $400 for 1 night in a room around 32m square. Tried this hotel based purely on never having stopped in a a sofitel before. The room was small, dated, and lacking in facilities. No iron, shower was tatty and old,bathroom was very average. Staff are good and helpful but feel false. No way is this hotel worth the price. Hotel feels claustrophobic and not aired very well. Most likely due to low ceilings Only upside is the breakfast which is great. Overall in my opinion its massively overpriced and runs purely on its name and location. After 1 night we moved to hotel Melia which was not to far away. Will leave a review separately for melia as i dont want to make it look like its a biased review bigging up the melia whilst trying to belittle sofeitel Xem tiếp

Sofitel Metropole is the best hotel in Hanoi and the service from staff is impeccable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hotel and will definitely be coming to stay here again and recommend our friends to stay here. I just loved the attentiveness of the service staff to the level that they even knew which tea I liked in the morning and which tea I liked in the evening and which drinks I liked to drink. The Majordome service was the best I have received and the housekeeping was excellent. Love it. Keep up the great job and hope to be back soon. Xem tiếp
