Khách sạn khá xa biển, phòng nhỏ, đặt phòng hướng biển nhưng nhận phòng thấy có 1 ô cửa hướng biển bí bách( vậy cũng được cho là hướng biển) điều hoà lúc được lúc không, nước điều hoà thì chảy tong tong, phòng tắm bé nước lênh láng, ăn sáng nghèo nàn, 92% khách trung quốc, nhưng được cái là nhân viên các bạn thân thiện và đó là điểm cộng duy nhất Xem tiếp

Highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers. They have enough facilities, an outdoor pool, ocean view room, buffet breakfast, etc. With VERY cheap price. The location is near the beach and many restaurants as well (especially an authentic Bo Ne restaurants right in front of the hotel). The staffs are extra helpful and super nice. I’ve been to Nha Trang for more than 20 times and this hotel brought me one of the greatest experience. However, don’t expect anything luxurious. Xem tiếp

I stayed here for a few nights, then booked for another week after. Its extremely central to everything, so that's hard to beat. The staff is great and friendly, and the pool has an excellent view. The rooms are a bit small, but the beds are big and comfortable. The "Sea View" is recommended as you can see the lovely beach of Nha Trang, and it also gets sun in the morning to help you wake up. Price is cheap for budget traveler, room is clean and satisfactory. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is good for going beach and many shop near hotel. Only disappoint thing is after stay one nigh, suddenly morning time staff ask me change to upper floor room because of my room need repair. That's OK for me, however, the upper floor room (8/F) design is very not user-friendly, such as bath place hasn't got place for placing Shampoo or Soap, wash room door open direction is strange that you need stay inside a limited space and pull the door. The hotel is 20m inside a lane off the main road. Take a transfer bus from airport to bus station in town and take the taxi to hotel (80,000D) using GPS in taxi. The hotel has 15 floor with 5 different room type, they have to allocate you on different floor if you book few similar rooms. A small swimming pool is on the roof top to dip on hot day. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. There was plenty of light coming into our window looking out to the beach. All facilities worked well – air conditioning, hot water, and good shower pressure. The pool was warm and refreshing with a nice view from the 16th floor. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of different choices. The servers, Tran An and Nguyen Huong were friendly and went out of their way to cater to our requests. The hotel service really put it over the top for me. It was our first visit in Vietnam, Ms. Lu’u and the front reception went out of their way to make us feel welcome like showing me how to use a motorbike (what a thrilling experience :)). They also made arrangements for us – bicycle rentals, island tours, and places to visit in the city. Best of all – they greeted and smiled at us every time we walked by. The hotel is so appropriately named – it put a Smile on our face every time we mention where we are staying to other tourists. Xem tiếp

Room “ luxury triple patio seaview” is ok, cosy room with two 2 personsbeds. Unknown what they mean with “patio”, perhaps that is has a window? When we arrived we didn’t had warm/hot shower, it didn’t work at all.. only cold water. Second day we had warm water :-). !!! Check the drinks in the minibar and others like hairblower otherwise you have to pay for something that wasn’t there or was already broken!!! Swimmingpool is really refeshing with a great sea view. Matrasses are good!! Breakfast is not great, not a lot to choose from and the aircon is blowing soo hard that it is freaking cold. Vietnamese food is not good and there seems to be everyday a shortage in bread. If you like they make a omelet or pancake which are nice. Laundry is way too expensive and when my husband let them know that they lost an item.. they simply said no we didn’t!!! No sorry or any service at all :-(. The local restaurant “Bho ne” next to the hotel is really good and gives a nice local atmosphere. Xem tiếp

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Avoid the the package tour guests at breakfast as it was like a rugby scrum! Plenty of choice and nice, just avoid the busy times, unless you like people watching. Unfortunately, the pool was green, but the beach is only a few hundred metres.
