That's very great experience to live Gem sky hotel, their room with the bathtub, it makes me feel relaxed. but their swimming pool super small if you are interesting in swimming might let you down. overall is great, I will visit again. 20200701 Xem tiếp

I had stayed many hotels in HCM but i found the differences at Sky Gem. Friendly staff, good location and buffet breakfast. I had early arrival flight and they let me early check - in (free). Everyday, i can enjoy free afternoon tea with river view on the 11st floor. I will comeback next time. Xem tiếp

Firstly the pictures of the rooms and facilities are quite deceiving and looks a lot bigger than it is. Our deluxe room was so small for a standard room we paid extra to be moved to a larger room. However the new room was full of cigarette smell, found ants through out the room and overall cleanliness is very poor. Hotel also did not have a gym as advertised and breakfast was also poor. Staff had very limited English skills ,when I called to see if I could pay to upgrade to a bigger room she hung up the phone and sent the doorman to my room ? Needed google translate for her to understand my request. Overall would not recommend, plenty of better hotels in the area to spend your money on Xem tiếp

Sky Gem is a lovely hotel. Free breakfast each morning on the rooftop, which included Pho, and free tea each afternoon. The view from the roof is really nice. Our shower was hot, and the bed was comfy. If you're a first-time visitor to Saigon, the location is perfect. My only negative comment is that the coffee at breakfast could be much better! Xem tiếp

I loved every minute of my staying in this hotel! Really I loved Ho Chi Minh first time during 4 years of coming because this time Ive chosen Sky Gem. Staff is just SUPER welcoming, helpful and friendly! wifi is fast. They given me a coupon for afternoon tea which was simple but still nice on their rooftoop. Room was new and clean, big window, quiet!! The huge bed was just superb and also superclean linen. I will definitely stay only here when in HCMC and highly recommend the hotel! Xem tiếp

I would say that the hotel was pretty new when i stayed. The room that i have stayed could be better as the white wash paint was too bright especially when the sunlight shine through from the wooden blinds. The light switches can be a bit of confusing as the room was not equipped with master or double switch therefore you have to walk to the respective switch to turn off the lights. The soundproofing was really bad as i could hear other guests going back to their rooms. It could have been decorated with some thoughts i guess. The breakfast was simple. Location wise, the hotel is situated at central of district 1 which most of the places are within walking distance. Overall, i would rate 'good' as the staff were friendly throughout. Xem tiếp

The location itself is great,but the road nearby for me is not suitable for walking. The staff was very friendly,speaks English well. I was thankful for the early check in without any extra charges. The breakfast selection is a little but tasty,should try their chicken noodle soup(pho) If I came Vietnam next time I would definitely choose this hotel again. Xem tiếp

Really great location easy to get everywhere in the city, it feels like this is a hotel that is going to be really great soon. Rooms are comfortable and spotless with a great shower. Couple of things though, they have a aircon panel next to the bed which emits a bright green light which is slightly annoying at night. It can be quite loud but that usually settles down around 12pm. Breakfast was ok, but staff could do more to explain it to guests, for instance they have a chef but no-one mentioned that they will make you an omelette if you ask. Also not enough vegetarian options has one type of cereal, 2 fruits, bread and some pastries. It also says on their website that they have a fitness room, they do not and when I asked they just said it wasnt ready yet or something. Overall this is a good hotel which has the potential to be great, the rooms are lovely and you are right in the middle of everything so its great to explore. Xem tiếp

We didnt expect that this hotel is well equipped. The decoration is half modern and half vintage. It's a new opened hotel for only a month. I love how they decorate for Christmas atmosphere. Our room is super nice, they switch our room to the higher floor, we have my favorite bath tube and view looking out which you can see the saigon river. Definitely come back to visit again. The staffs are really helpful, but hope they can improve on checkout out process since it did take us quite a while to wait for it. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for one night for the sole purpose of transfer to Cambodia. We booked the cheapest room and were very surprised when we were upgraded to a very nice room on the eighth floor. It had a very nice view and was very spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Since we could not use the breakfast due to our early flight they even made us sandwiches to take away. Everything was new and nice looking. The only thing that could have been improved was that even though we were up on the eighth floor it was still very noisy from the street. Xem tiếp
