Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice location, just a couple blocks from the Ben Thanh Market. This was my first stay with a Silverland property and they seem to have a nice system. My only trivial complaints are the towels and their laundry service - the towels are a bit thin and rough and the laundry service was unable to clean the chili oil drops off of my shorts (I got home and simple spotting with dishwashing detergent and throwing them back in the washer did the trick). The point is, I think the laundry service should have been able to handle something simple, especially when I noted exactly what it was. Xem tiếp

From the minute we walked in we knew that this hotel was good. The staff were always helpful and extremely friendly. Everywhere you went in the hotel not a thing was out of place which was so nice to have. The rooms were comfortable and the pool just topped our experience off. If we ever return to Ho Chi Minh this will be our first choice of hotel. Xem tiếp

This hotel was wonderful. The food was good and fresh, the staff were very helpful and welcoming and the entire hotel was clean and had a warm inviting atmosphere. The location was also great, so it was easy to stop back by the hotel if we needed to on the way to for a quick second! Would definitely stay here again! Xem tiếp

Breakfast was excellent. As good as any place in Europe I have ever stayed. Roof top pool is nice, we had it alone most of the time. clean with attentive staff. The staff was exemplary, top notch. very friendly, anticipated every need, fluent English, as good or better than 5 star in Las Vegas Location was OK. two block walk to a nice big market. From the moment we arrived till the day we left we were well and truly looked after by the staff. This us what I like about boutique hotels, y p u are a person not a number. My wife is vegan and they catered to her dietary requirements, which was a plus Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotels location is only a short walk to the old town The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the beach where you can get free deck chairs at there affiliated beach house restaurant and bar. We have booked this hotel before and yes it is a fantastic hotel but this stay I did notice the breakfast was a lot smaller than the last time as in 1/2 the size also the afternoon tea was not as good need to cater more for European as last time we had small rolls with cold meats And pastes not impressed Xem tiếp

This place is just amazing. Starting with the earthly natural design which makes you relaxed and calm. The staff is very supportive and friendly and always greets you with a smile. The rooftop is another special place, check out the jacuzzi and enjoy your sunset over there. My personal Highlight is the High tea with live music....Oh I forgot the location well just a stone throw from the Independence and a 5 min strole to Ben Thanh Market. .Surely I come back again!!! The hotel is located close to Ben Thanh Market area of the city making it easy to reach any of the city sites and restaurants and bars. The hotel has many sister hotels in the city and offer a good standard of rooms. The staff at Silverland Yen treated us fantastic and asked the Chef to make us some vegetarian options for breakfast. (I hope there are more vege options the next time we visit) Ngoc the manageress organised Avocadoes to be bought from the market for us to take home with us and at a brilliant price. She always greeted us with a smile and helped to make our stay memorable. Because this was part of our honeymoon trip they surprised us with rose petals in our room. this was a lovely touch and showed again how much the staff cared for your stay. Great staff are worth everything to this hotel and they really do make it different than other hotels. Thank you Xem tiếp

This hotel has clean, tidy and cozy ambience. Friendly & helpful staffs. I like the various breakfast options, the food is tasty, but the coffee taste... has room to improve. Maybe it is the local taste of coffee which i'm not used to it, might not be their fault. Thank you. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea selection at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, given we were visiting the city for the first time. They offered great tourism tips and suggestions and were extremely helpful directions. Unfortunately, we were mugged on the streets and had to make a visit to the police station. However, the staff at the hotel were very kind to chaperone and accompany us the entire time we were at the police to assist us. Amazing service at Silverland Yen! Xem tiếp

This is a new hotel or recently renovated, everything looks so new and clean. The suite room is so spacious with a jacuzzi bath and living room. Location is superb, just 3 mins walk to Benh Thanh Market which makes it great to look for cozy cafe and restaurant around. The rooftop infinity pool is gorgeous although it sized bit small. My daughter enjoyed the pool to the max. I would recommend this hotel to stay because of its great location and easy to get around the tourist spots. Xem tiếp
