We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The hotel has a great location and is so charming and nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very good and they also has afternoontea. We will probably come back to Ho Chi Minh and this hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel was quite nice with a lovely pool and a wonderful breakfast. But there was work going on in the building next to it and it was quite noisy throughout our stay. Given the standing of the hotel, it would have been nice for them to put a note in the rooms to apologize for the inconvenience. We were woken up at dawn and had noise through the night. Xem tiếp

Silverland Charner was perfect in almost every way. We were invited for the afternoon tea while waiting to be checked in, something you rarely experience in other hotels. Staff were fantastic and the hotel centrally located amidst plenty of shops and cafes. The best part of it all was the pool which I was lucky to have all to myself. The landscape, greenery against the backdrop of skyscrapers made my swim memorable. I wish that the standard rooms were bigger though, but not something which still prevent me from returning. This colonial styled hotel is located right in the heart of district one. Staff was extremely welcoming, rooms were excellent and the gym and rooftop pool offer an amazing view over the city. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

We were warmly greeted with welcome drink and food whilst we waited to be checked in. All the staff are attentive, polite, helpful and spoke good English and made effort to ensure you had a good stay. Rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast were good, the complementary afternoon tea with live music is a gem, it really made my stay much more enjoyable. Very good location in the heart of District 1 while being a quiet night to relax. There is an abundant restaurant, tea/coffee house and Circle K nearby. Very near to Takashimaya too. Xem tiếp

This was my 2nd time staying in Silverland this year. Experience was still a pleasant one with my parents, spouse and niece. The hotel provided wheelchair for my mum during our stay and was definitely helpful to us. Staff are helpful and friendly as usual . Only con was the twin sharing room (without window) I booked for my parents, the ventilation was not good and smell a bit. The family room for 3 pax was okay. I will still stay with Silverland again. First time to HCM and enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel, room was spacious and clean and the rain shower was of strong pressure. Location of the hotel was superb and along what the locals call the bubble tea street and good access to most locations. Xem tiếp

Location is well within the touristy places. Wifi was decent. Breakfast is nice if you like their local foodfare. Free Hi-tea and mini-bar is the KSP here. Roof top pool was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful. Xem tiếp

There is nothing to complain for this hotel, Nice Staff, Good Location and nice smell once you walk into the hotel. The swimming pool is small but lovely. The compulsory afternoon tea is nice. The staff gave us a surprise Birthday cake before i left even i didn't inform them that it was my husband's BD. If i go to HCMC again, i must pick this one. Xem tiếp

Pros: Good customer service everytime you walk into the lobby, smiles from every staff there, they have this tasty lemongrass lime juice as welcome drink, would love to get the recipe for this drink, decent facilities in the hotel, free Hi-tea everyday, superb view from the facility deck on roof, hotel room is comfy. Cons: hotel room is expected to be bigger like typical hotel room layout but still within my acceptance. Xem tiếp

We had a most wonderful stay with comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, delicious afternoon teas with wonderful live music and fabulous massages. The rooftop pool perfect for a swim and to enjoy the night lights of all the buildings. Very close to Financial Tower which has 49th floor to view the whole city. Could not fault this intimate hotel at all. Previously we stayed at Sofitel and Silverland Charner trumps that. Xem tiếp

Wonderful staff. Boutique feel in a country hit by mass tourism. Rooftop pool is great and cosy. No unbrellas so whoever is sensitive when it comes to hardcore sun exposure come in the morning and late adternoon. Had a great and pleasant stay, can only recommend it. Xem tiếp
