Even though the room was somewhat smallish (which appears to be expected in the Old Quarter), the location is hard to beat and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, everyone spoke English too. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the night market and all the shopping streets. Lots of food options available around the hotel. Hotel bed is comfy enough and hotel staff are able to converse well in English and friendly too :) Xem tiếp

I would say the only advantage is the convenient location. But the infracstructure is old. The swimming pool is too small. The towel and other facilities are not clean enough. Zi don't think it's a good value foe money compared with other nearby hotels in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for one night at the end of our time in Hanoi. Less than ten minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the central area of Hanoi. Walking distance to a lot as Hanoi is easily walkable to all the sights. The staff wasn't the most friendly and we even saw staff rolling their eyes and audibly scoffing at times. From the beginning of the check-in was a very good vibes they give usan early check-in without any cost. The rooms was stunning high quality standards and cleanliness. The services such as the breakfast was superb with many food variety and the pool small but good for the hotel. The only con was the gym very poor with only a few running machines, and the spa services a bit older style. Location is perfect to do all you want in hanoi, overall I would repeat again in Hanoi no doubt. Xem tiếp

I booked this hotel thinking that the negative reviews were just fussy people. The hotel is pretty clean other than some stains on the pillows that were just turned over rather than replaced. It's near the lake, so good location. But it's pretty basic given the price and the service was terrible. I was shown to my room which was in the middle of the building with no window (well the window was into the hallway of the hotel) which usually in hotels is specified and given a different rate. Towels that I used were removed instead of replaced. And my welcome drink ticket was degraded from 2 to 1 even though I paid for a double room because I was a single traveller. For the same price as this hotel you can stay in much nicer places with better service. I wouldn't waste your money. Xem tiếp

After a slew of bad hotels, my sister and I were so relieved to finally get to a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. It's not the cheapest, but it's still a good value for your money. We got to the hotel a bit early before our check in, but the lobby held our luggage while we walked around the busy neighborhood. The twin room we had was clean, and had a great shower. We really appreciated the fitness room and pool on the roof. The views are incredible, both day and night. Breakfast that was included was a lovely buffet spread with good variety and located in their tenth floor restaurant. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. It was also very convenient to have them help us book a bus to Cat Ba island that picked us up from the hotel. The hotel is close to everything - cafes, restaurants, night market, Hoan Kiem lake, and St. Joseph's Cathedral, just to name a few. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi! :) Xem tiếp

This 4-star hotel is centrally located in walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff is very friendly and a rich breakfast buffet was included into the price. The bar/swimming pool on the top offers a nice view on the city. Rooms are comfortable, everything needed is available. Overall, an excellent choice. Xem tiếp

Great location in old quarters..walking distance to all markets. Would recommend an upgrdae of room as we found our first room very small. disadvantage of the big rooms is that they are at front of the hotel, this can be very noisey from the street traffic earlybin the mornings.. I ordered queen bed, we got one bed made of 2 twin beds put together which was very uncomfortable because of the hard edge of mattress in middle of the bed. Another pain was the AC window blowing to the bed made both me and my son sick and coughing for few days. When checkingin, The staff asked us to wait for long because he could not find the agoda booking Poor experience. Will stay with international 5* hotel next time Xem tiếp

Staff is nice, but money comes before customers. That's how they treated me lately! If you are looking for a 4 star hotel this is not for you. I give it max 3 star for its facilities and bad customer service. Xem tiếp

Small and basic room, but everything was clean and in order. The location is great. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. Booked all our tours through the hotel as well, which worked well for us. Don't get your hopes up over the rooftop bar and pool. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay in the Silk Queen Grand very much. The rooms were comfortable and there was no noise from traffic. The staff were great and always willing to help and recommend places to visit or eat. They directed us to some great places for food in Hanoi.
