The cruise ship is beautiful. We had the family suite which had a huge balcony (this was the highlight). The kids loved the jacuzzi with the most amazing view. The staff were very helpful and the day trips were very well organised. They had chosen the best spots Which were calm and not very crowded, we loved everything about it. Our host Megan looked after us well right from arriving at the port to the end of the cruise. Room we had was good size and very comfortable with all facilities we needed. We got to on a tour of the fishing villages and a cave walk which were very food. Food on board was quite nice. Would recommend Xem tiếp

Love the cruise, staff were helpful. Our 2 day 1 night was jam packed. I would have prefer some time to chill and relax in our lovely room, sit in the jacuzzi or hang out in our private balcony area. Too much activity for 2 days haha... Xem tiếp

Great cruise Junior suite was spacious with spa bath ( shower seat only no actual shower Professional pick up in luxury limousine bus Lovely friendly staff Our Guide Bruce was super fun and had great knowledge of the area We went to a less crowded area of the bay with only maybe 10 other boats Food was all good , nothing over the top special but all edible and plentiful Happy hour always good value Buy 2 get 2 free buy 10 get 10 free So we bought at happy hour and they served the happy hour drinks during Dinner , so worth doing if you like wine . We paid $10 each for kayaking but it was worth it Very memorable paddle around the limestone cliffs Day 2 Early morning Thai chi on deck Crosant and coffee Then small boat to small island to walk into caves . Some time on beach but no swimming on 2 day 1 night cruise. All in all a great cruise Xem tiếp

My girlfriend and I (22&23) booked a 2d/1n Tour with Signature Royal Cruise. Our supervisor (Bruce) and the staff were friendly and competent all the time. The rooms are clean, the balcony and the large bathtub were pure luxury. You will not be brought to the touristic and overcrowded areas of the huge bay but there will be always a few other boats around you. The food is delicious and always either buffet or 5 course menu. The Guests are from all over the world and you will find interesting people either on their honeymoon or on a backpacking journey. I can really recommend Signature Cruises for everyone who can afford these 200€ per night for this perfect experience without anything to complain about. Thanks Bruce for this journey! Xem tiếp

My friend and I stayed 2 nights and 3 days on Signature Royal cruise in Ha Long Bay. We fell inlove with the charming cabin, friendly staff and perfect location immediately. The service and experience was impeccable and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had a great trip with the Cruise. The room is large and clean with comfortable bath room. Food is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the Manager - Khuong. They made my trip better when going extra miles to serve client. My husband ordered a cake for our ceremony but they made us surpised by decorating the room beautifully with the hearts made from towers and red flowers. Xem tiếp

Words cannot express the professionalism and hospitality of the entire crew onboard the Signature Royal. From the moment you board the luxurious transfer bus, to the planned comfort breaks on the 2-hr journey, to the welcome at the harbor and finally the welcome to the vessel, you will feel pampered and completely royal. It was a great experience with this kind of small cruise boat. Tour manager and and other stay was really concerned about the food for us given that we were vegetarian. Only thing can be improved is keep dining room more comfortable since it is so hot. Same goes for the waiting room. Xem tiếp

This is the best cruise I ever join. We visited many place in Bai Tu Long Bay. The guide is a little bit strict with time but overall the service is top-notch. Also after we depart the ship, they even give us souvenirs to remind us of our journey with them. A definite 5 star Royal Experience. Please join this cruise if you are interested to see Ha Long Bay. Lovely room and attentive staff who took the effort to discuss the menu for our young child. A very comfortable stay. Regrettable that the company couldn’t refund us the tour component of our visit to Yen Duc Village which we cancelled due to illness. But we understand that preparations had already been made at the village. The company made effort to refund us the transport component of the village tour. Later on, a representative paid us a courtesy visit at our hotel. We didn’t think it necessary, but a very nice and sincere gesture from them. We’re still glad we chose Signature Royal Cruise. Was a great cruise. Not over crowded with people as they are limited to numbers for each cruise so you don’t feel like you are bumping into people. Lee was our cabin director and was fantastic. All staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Xem tiếp
