We really enjoyed staying at the Sherwood Suites and would absolutely recommend it to others. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and luxurious (we were lucky enough to be given an upgrade). Xem tiếp

Beautiful apartment. Extremely clean. I was so surprise the food at restaurant was that yummy. Very quality food but of course it’s more expensive compared to street food. Location is good as it’s borderline 1. Xem tiếp

The Grand Suite was clean and comfortable for 4 people. All the staff were friendly and helpful, specifically Thong, who was so resourceful in helping us ordered food from different places and had them delivered to our apartment. Though we were shocked to wake up from our nap to find 2 maintenance guys standing in our living room, the service manager was quick to ask the guys out and explained about the miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the 2 guys. I have stayed in many countries and many hotels and from what I have experienced in the past this hotel/suites are hundred percent worth it's money. Walking distance to many touristy places as well as restaurants. With a well known grocery shop literally across the street. What was the best for me was that I was treated like an old friend. The rooms are perfect, it's everything you need and more whether you stay for a couple of nights or more. We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel was the best while we travelled through Vietnam. There are restaurants a short walk away but the main areas you do have to walk a bit more. In the heat at times it does get a bit more difficult but taxi/scooters are very affordable to just grab! The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here. Xem tiếp

This is a new hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with facilities for cooking which is very nice. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and game room are all excellent. The only reason I won't give a 5 star rating is the dining options. The only restaurant is in the lobby area and it is seriously lacking in atmosphere. The restaurant seems to have been an afterthought of the hotel owners. Also, they charged us to park our motorbike in the garage which is silly. Xem tiếp

Never again. I usually stay at the sherwood suite and resident every year when i come home to visit family.  This visit has been dissapointing and can say i will never return. anf will make sure to pass on my disappointment to my family and friends. Upon check out, we were told that we had to pay 1mil ( around 90 aus dollars) because there were 3 stains on the couch,  when i looked at the stain there was one small stain on the couch. When i confronted the attendant the duty manager was requested. The duty manger was rude and showed no customer service, but simply stated its a very expensive couch. I did not argue with the duty manager and paid for the so called cost to remove the stain Overall my check out experience was utterly disgusting and i will never be staying clear of sherwood services. This is our third time staying at the Sherwood Suites. We have always enjoyed our stay here because the property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff always does its best to accommodate guest needs. We also have young children and it was been great living in a space that has a mini kitchen and washer and dryer. The room is big, clean and modern. Staffs are knowledgeable and accomodating. they have great pool and they have a games room with pool table and foosball. keeps us entertained throughout the day. location near the city but is a little far to walk but can easily book a taxi ride. overall, we enjoyed our stay!
