When we arrived at the place, owner told us that the room we supposed to have is closed because of the cockroaches and rats. Thus, we need to find a hotel in the middle of the night! The only good thing is that she refund my money since it was already paid. But It cost us three times more in our new hotel. Xem tiếp

I lost my wallet on the grab car upon arrival in the hostel. The staff whom attended to me rendered her help to me in getting back my wallet. I offered her some money in return for her help but she refused no matter what ! Happy day awesome service ! First class ! Xem tiếp

The staff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean, the bed is big and mattress is comfy, you have curtain for privacy for on your bed, the room is small though. Center location. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to anyone. Xem tiếp

Please beware that this hostel does not physically have a reception desk and you must contact the number on the door to gain an access code to enter the hostel. This will make it extremely difficult for the travellers who are travelling without a SIM card or late night arrivals. Upon arrival at 5:00pm, I was told my room was across from the main door which looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the booking site. It was a small sad dirty room with a bunk bed and a double bed, and a very tiny toilet. My bed and another guest who I was sharing the bunk bed with was missing cover sheets, pillow cases, and a proper blanket upon arrival. After contacting the owner, she came to put some on about an hour later. This was unacceptable. The bunk bed is very cheap. When someone rolls around during sleep, the whole bed moves. I was on the top bunk and from up there it you can see a lot of dusty against the walls. The place is not very clean. The washroom/toilet is a make shift room under a set of existing staircases for the building. Tiny, dirty, and the shower head is directly above where the sink is due to the confined space. Ultimately the floor will be constantly wet and the ventilation is poor. In the early morning you will be woken up by the merchants in the alley because they like to play loud music, and unfortunately the only sound barrier is a glass door so it will sound like it’s in the room. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place to any travellers and I’m glad I only stayed a night and I’m out of there. Xem tiếp

If you don't want to stay in the "Red Light District" but still be in a convenient location, this is the place. No frills, but the pods have walls/privacy curtains, air con always on, key card entry so no having to wake anyone up if you come in late. Daily bed turndown, rooms & bathrooms clean. Xem tiếp

great loction. i just need to walk some minutes a lot of attractions like Ben Thanh market, War museum, post office, union square... Room and bed were very clean . there are many shops selling delicious and cheap local breakfast. Thuy is really nice and helpful. Xem tiếp
