A little hard to find in the first instance, but it's location on a laneway off a laneway means it's a little more quiet than most small Hanoi Hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable with a big bathroom and spa bath, of which I made good use. There's easy access to the surrounding areas, including a short walk to Hoam Kiem Lake, so no issues in finding places to eat nearby. The weakest link in this hotel is the breakfast - average at best - but still worthwile as an inclusion. Xem tiếp

Good points: Clean. Quiet. Large room. Nice staff. Locates in central area of Hanoi, easy for guests to access Old Quaters. Best point: Booking via Agoda is a smart choice for members as the rate is really good. Minus point: Hotel locates in a small alley hence guests have to walk for 5-7 mins to get taxi. The hotel is located at the end of a dead end alley and is very quiet. Cars cannot access the hotel, but the staff will help with luggage. Although the hotel is located in a backpacker area, the clientele is different. Large rooms for the price in Old City. Soft bed by Asian standards with cushy pillows. Xem tiếp

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Steve, the GM, kindly extended a late check-out for me as my flight was leaving that day. The hotel itself is located in a pretty touristy area, but in an off-road (less noisy). Major sites in Hanoi are a 2-min walk away. Xem tiếp

This is one of the better hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. It's down an alley, but that makes it quiet and away from all of the noise (if you're a light sleeper this will be a good hotel). Professional and courteous staff and the rooms were great. It feels like they have the right balance between some Western-style standards and not pricing it too high. The breakfast was reasonable and much better than most of the other hotels around the area. The bed was really comfy and the safe in the room is big enough for a 15" laptop (as well as other things). I was upgraded to a Junior Suite (from a deluxe), although in reality it's just a bigger room (not a traditional 'suite'). Wifi was quite fast (45mbps) until the router on my floor stopped working, but the staff reset it quickly. I'd stay again, but I'd probably eat my breakfast at Joma bakery around the corner (left out of the alley & then left again). Xem tiếp

Location is awesome and staff were great. Communication at times wasn't the greatest. Booked a 2 nights to Sapa through the hotel. Were told to take a small bag, not realising if you plan to trek to homestay you carry your bag down with you. We bought a smaller bag then realised they should have said backpack! Had to try and put everything we were using into our camera bags and had to leave a lot of things back at hotel we stayed at on the first night 😣 Noise from the street and room next door kept us awake both nights we stayed. Never book here. I booked a room on Agoda, but when i arrived, they said the room was being repaired and suggested moving us to another hotel of the same system. What the damn lies! This is the way they use to cheat customers. Xem tiếp

The staff make this place, they're so attentive and helpful, we got a little map and shown ideas of places to go on arrival. We were very lucky and got ungraded to a suite which was beautiful and spacious - The bed was so cosy and wifi worked really well. Breakfast was a small buffet with an option to have something cooked from a menu. We would 100% reccomend and stay here again. Xem tiếp

This hotel is quiet, but it's got worse since the last time I stayed (a year ago). The wifi is patchy, the staff are different (esp. at breakfast, where they seemed more concerned with having a conversation than actually doing their job and helping guests), and everything feels a little tired. It is in a good(ish) location, but there are other hotels in the vicinity that I'll be staying at when I'm back in Hanoi (better value for money). Xem tiếp

The two biggest strengths of this hotel are the location and the staff, particularly the lady (manager?) at the front desk - who sets a very high bar for customer service. We loved being able to walk through the Old Quarter from here. The hotel is very conveniently located from some great street-food places in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

The hotel is very quiet, on the end of a sort of alleyway. Very beautiful though and just a couple minute walk to the main road where my taxi dropped and picked me up at. The staff was very welcoming and spoke great English. The room was just as nice as the photos and the view from my window on the 8th floor was really nice. Hot water in the very clean bathroom and quiet AC. Really no complaints at all. I didn't try room service but the breakfast was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel and will come here again with family in the future. Xem tiếp

we had a rough start here. arrived after a 3 day cruise of Halong bay very tired and ready to check in. arrived at hotel and the lovely lady at reception sat us down and chatted for around half an hour about what to do and where to go etc, only to be told after that the room we had booked and paid for was unavailable due to plumbing issues (6 rooms affected) and they offered to relocate us to another hotel. this had happened to us with a different hotel a week before and the "better hotel" we were relocated to was bad, so at hearing this we were quite unhappy as we were very tired and had a bad experience. we picked this hotel for its location (right on backpacker alley and in the middle of old quarter) and did not want to be relocated. we asked if they had any other rooms available and we were happy to pay more, we just wanted go stay there. after ten minutes of convincing they allowed us to stay in a family room at no extra charge, which we appreciate, but the fact this option was not offered earlier and was a struggle to achieve, is really the only negative. the room was clean and very well furnished. beds comfy and clean, TV and aircon work well. hot water is very good and staff are lovely and happy to help. we also used the private car service to the airport for $15usd which was a nice change from erratic taxi drivers. overall a nice stay but some issues at the start Xem tiếp

Stayed in Serenity Villa Hotel for 5 nights. It was a good option for Hanoi, with a great location in the Old Quarter. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kenny who helped me book the overnight train to SaPa, which worked really well. Note its down a side alley (a good thing) so is a bit hard to spot so make sure you know where you are going on arrival. Xem tiếp
