Tôi đã tìm resort trên agoda theo chức năng lọc kết quả thì ra cái này, những tưởng là resort thật nhưng khi tới nơi mới tá hoả là 1 khách sạn với cái mức giá mắc kinh khủng của 1 resort. Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ ở đây không tốt đặc biệt là không chuyên nghiệp. Khi tôi ra hồ bơi lúc 7h30 thì nhân viên ra nói lớn tới 8h mới được bơi tôi hơi shock vì tôi đã đi rất nhiều nơi kể cả trong và ngoài nước, đã bơi ở hồ thì đi sớm mới thích đợi tới 8h nắng lên chót vót sao bơi nổi. Nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp ở chỗ cái cô bê đồ ăn ở bếp kiêm luôn nhiệm vụ tiếp tân và dắt khách lên phòng, nói chung rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Đã book phòng và trả tiền qua agoda mà khi đến nhận phòng cần phải gửi thế chân thêm 1 triệu đồng. Đồ ăn ở đây dở và khá tệ, ở những nơi khác nó là buffet rất nhiều mona ngon còn ở đây chỉ có thể gọi 1 món kèm theo là 1 vài món tráng miệng như: nước dưa háu, bánh ngọt, trái cây sơ xài. Nói tóm lại 1 điều tôi sẽ không bao giờ trở lại cái khách sạn đội lốt resort này lần nữa với giá cắt cổ. Xem tiếp

Can only confirm the good reviews about this place, cleanest place I have stayed in during my Asian travels. Hotel is fairly new, so everything is working well. Hosts very welcoming and extremely helpful. Will stay again if in the area. Xem tiếp

It is a small boutique hotel with nice decoration, especially around the sea front and pool area. Many beachfront seafood restaurants are within walking distance. The seafood in Mui ne is very fresh and cheap. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is new, modern and comfortable. Bathroom is large and everything practical and functional. One even better if they could improve would be the blanket as it is quite thin. It warms us up in the aircon well but I would prefer a more fluffy blanket. Breakfast is a choice of dishes, not buffet style, with some fruits and cake. I really love the coffee. Xem tiếp

The most impressive about Serenity by the Sea was the cleanliness of this hotel with the sea breeze. This was our best choice of our first trip to Mui Ne. We booked the rooms with seaview, it is right in front with panoramic ocean scenery. So amazing with the deep blue sea. We thought the fishy smell may come along with the room a package. Surprising - not at all. We got to know the owner & family over breakfast session. Very friendly and warm. Everyone was so cheerful with the chit chat and a-la cart breakfast. We will definitely back to Serenity by the Sea if there is a plan of our next trip. Oh yes, we have 1 con side to share here ie. the water pressure is a bit too soft. Xem tiếp

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at! 5* Quality Beautiful rooms and decor, beds are big and Uber comfortable. Great location for quality restaurants. Right on the sea and the sea view rooms with balcony overlook the pool and sea. Lovely American/Vietnamese owners who really care for you. Great staff and very trustworthy cleaners. Top, top hotel! My group has 7 people and rented 3 rooms, it's quite suitable for all and you guys can rent motorbikes with 100k VND per day in front of the hotel. There is a bar/pub which is next to the hotel and acoustic cafe too. If you go along Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, you will see many seafood stores and just choose randomly, I think they all are same :) Xem tiếp

First of all, we are travellers for more than 3 months already and were accommodated in very basic hotels and hostels already. We do not have high expectations at all when it comes to accommodation in SEA but this hotel is seriously horrible and we feel responsible to tell everybody. We had the worst experience staying there for three days. The so called backpackers resort is first of all very boring, there is no backpacker community at all, it is more quite and secluded. Secondly the beach is not a beach at all but more a dirty piece of stoned slope inclusive dirty water, you can barely swimm there. The garden looks nice though, but the rooms are very basic, dirty and the furniture are mostly destroyed. in comparisson to the high price its absolutely not worthing a stay. There are much better hotels and hostels around, even cheaper. And also the staff is not able or willing to talk to you, very poor english, which even would be fine if they at least would have been nice to us. they just show you the room and they are done with you, no further information about mui ne, no support at all when it comes to bus service questions, or food or anything! But the craziest thing was that they took the money from our banking account without letting us know. we booked through agoda and wanted to pay in cash at the reception, but the staff told us they are not working with agoda but with booking.com????WAHAT??? And so they took the money from our account, without letting us know. therefore we had to pay a higher rate, since divers transaction fees were due, we didnt understand that at all! When we were complaining at the reception nobody wanted to talk to us, they even shouted at us to leave the reception area. After a little fight we managed to receive a bill about the transaction they´ve made and we could´nt belive what we saw, on the other side of our paper were credit card details from former customers including names, addresses and ALL creditcard numbers (also security n Xem tiếp
