- Ưu điểm: + Nằm ở phố cổ nên xung quanh rất nhiều quán xá, cửa hàng tiện lợi, nhộn nhịp cả đêm luôn. + Mình có thắc mắc thì được trả lời ngay qua Agoda. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh thành thạo. + Khách sạn không quá lớn nên tất cả các nhân viên đều nhớ hết thông tin và khách. Tuy nhiên thì bộ phận buồng phòng có vẻ hơi bất cẩn khi mình chưa trả phòng mà đã mở cửa vào và kiểm tra phòng chu Xem tiếp

The staff were so welcoming and helpful it makes a brilliant first impression as you arrive tired from a flight from Europe. The rooms are great, beds comfortable and very clean rooms. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant offers a great choice and the staff again are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they go towards starting your day well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an authentic stay in Hanoi, the spa also offers great value services, the 1 hour foot massage after a long day of sightseeing is amazing! Xem tiếp

The staff were SO kind! Loved the top level restaurant and breakfast - great fresh juice! The rooms were definitely dated, but that didn't bother us too much. There was a slight smell of smoke in one of our rooms as well. The showers are upgraded and nice! This hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were very attentive and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Daily fruit basket and tasty breakfast. The beef pho was amazing with the broth full of flavour. A bonus of a free afternoon tea was great also. An excellent laundry service called worldwash 2 was 2 shops down. Good and convenient location with many eating places nearby, and only a short walk to Dong Xuan wholesale market. Very friendly staff from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable and remarkably clean. Great breakfast served at the 8th floor. We could see their efforts to vary the asian part of the menu, offering different style of Asian dishes each day., while the American breakfast is quite standard though (salad, bread, bacon & ham, pancakes, butter cakes, etc.). Good massage services provided by the hotel. Guests enjoyed 30% off the published prices which are really a good deal not to miss. When I checked in, the lady staff was really nice and helpful, unfortunately I forgotten her name if not I would have given her a recommendation. Because of staff like that makes the hotel a wonderful place to stay. Location is near the night market place and also walkable distance from the local market. Xem tiếp

8-10 mins walking distance to night market and shopping zone. Good English speaking staff and all staff are friendly and provide good knowledge of tour advise. They also provide service to arrange tour to Halong Bay or Sapa which make ur life easier. Xem tiếp

Agoda give information of the price ! We booked family room which stated in Agoda good for 4 adults with 1 double bed & 1 single bed . However we will told by receptionist we have requested for extra bed since we are 4 peoples in a room and there is an extra charge for the extra bed like SGD $30 per night . So Agoda please provide correct information! The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful , we were served with welcome juice and hot towel upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the location was not as noisy as some other hotel . The breakfast buffet spread reasonable and you can order eggs and beef / chicken noodle soup . The hotel is very close to the local market and night market especially Fri to Sun . Overall we would recommend this hotel to everyone because the Font Desk Manager ( Male ) and his team ensure you will get the best service and satisfaction! Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The manager Jenny even made an effort to remember my name and attended to our enquiries promptly. We loved the daily complimentary fruits and were surprised to see ear plugs provided in our rooms. The service was beyond what we expected for a boutique hotel. Xem tiếp

Great service from the hotel staff, Sofia was exceptionally helpful. Everything in the hotel was good, beds were really comfortable. The only downside was the noise. Our room was right next to the elevator so we could hear people talking loudly through the door. Even when the window was closed, we could hear everything on the street like it was wide open. This was my first visit to Hanoi and we stayed at the Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa. We were picked up at the airport by a very friendly guy (not sure of his name) and taken to the hotel. At the hotel we were greeted by Mia and Jack who both made us feel very special. Mia was very attentive and explained everything to us and responded very quickly to each enquirer we made. Mia was able to guide us around Old Quarter and Jack was there to greet us with a cold drink each time we returned. The room was a queen room whilst not large it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy with lovely white linen and and great pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I love the way they greet guests, friendly staff, nice environment. If you have any questions on where to visit, eat or shop, you can refer to the staffs there and they are very informative. we have a little frustration on the weather ( because it was around 39-44 degrees), and the traffic was so "interesting". Breakfast is nice, variety of foods to choose, and the room is clean and nice. Even though we have problem the with aircon, but after we complained about it, it was fixed immediately and it got better. Highly recommend. Xem tiếp

We had a warm reception, while waiting for our check in, they served us refreshment- drinks, fruits and snacks. Very hospitable staff at reception and breakfast. Breakfast selection was good, rooms were clean, v comfortable and of good size. Great location and love their recommendation of food n shopping places on their map. They were accommodating and extended one of our rooms for late checkout. Excellent service Xem tiếp
