Điểm cộng là mình đặt phòng Sup Double nhưng khi check in thì đc up lên phòng Suite King 39m2 rất tiện nghi, sạch sẽ Điểm trừ là quá đông khách TQ ồn ào nch to, bất lịch sự và bên cạnh KS có bar nên cũng ồn Nhưng là 1 nơi đáng ở và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Xem tiếp

We as a big group went to Nha trang a bit early around 9am in the morning. The staff are very nice and helpful to support us for early check in. There is also a free swimming pool and gym at the top of hotel. Xem tiếp

Room condition was very nice and the location is also good due to the neighbored trendy spot such as cafe or massage shop. And the kind of manager in the lobby who is in middle aged was so gentle and helped us a lot explaining the city and tip for using taxi when we left the hotel. Xem tiếp

Hotel room is very clean. Only thing is there are patches of brown stain on the bath robe. Location is good almost at the center of Nha Trang. Night markets and beach is within walking distance. Breakfast is nice. Xem tiếp

Summary: Everyone is unkind except the bellboy. Especially the front. Old air conditioner. It does not cool quickly. Two out of four outlets in room are not work. Dirty cushions and bedding. Incidents of theft (detailed below) First of all, there was an unfortunate theft. We went out in the morning and came back, , one of my sandals disappeared, so I asked to see the front desk, and I was disheartened by the response of a very unfriendly and rude employee.The attitude that she does not know what I mean, and she told there 's anyone in our room today. (Who cleaned up and cleaned up a new towel and bedding sheet? I said we should go because of the sightseeing schedule. The employee told me to she leave at 10 pm and go home. So before that, when we came to the hotel, she said she would give us the answer. When I came back, the staff checked the security camera, but the cleaning staff have not taken from my room. The staff were so friendly and professional. They remembered my name and said hello and goodbye every time I entered or left. upon arrival I was upgrade to a larger room with two beds. The next while I was out they swapped the two beds for one giant bed. I will stay here again. cheap and good location. Xem tiếp

A hotel at good location, right at the city center, with great and clean room, wonderful facilities, helpful staff. Breakfast was average good. Celebrated my friend’s birthday, and they sent a cake to our room on arrival. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Xem tiếp

I was suffering from heat stroke in my hotel room while i staied at Sen Viet. I didn't have any person who could hepl me even i was traveling with one litte daughter. At that time, Mr Loan reconized my status, came to my room, called a texi and have his co-worker transferd me to a hospital. Further more, they extended my stay period for free. Because i was unable to check out. They helped me return to Korea. I have never seen generous people like them. They saved my life and my daughter. I must posted their devotion. There was convenience to use hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Besides, we had a really amazing thing on the last day. my mother was pickpocked while I was on a tour while leaving my baggage at the hotel. I was very sad to hear that most of these cases can't be solved. But all the staff of the hotel worried and helped us. At 12 o'clock in the night, Mr.Duy and Mr. giang went to the police station together to translate and took care of the related things. They gave my surprised mother water and handed her warm words. The father who stayed in the hotel also said that the hotel staff took care of it. We were even more surprised when we got to the airport from the police station in the late hours. The hotel staff prepared us with water and meal for the hardships. I do not know how to express this gratitude now. Thank you once again for the kindness that has been given to us in a strange place. When I checked in the manager told me he would give me an upgrade for my room. I got a beautifull big room with luxures bathroom and for the same price. The breakfast in the morning is excellent, so much choise and a very good cook. He knows how to make a good breakfast. It is perhaps the best breakfast I ever had in a Vietnamese hotel. The room was cleaned well. There are staying many Chinese people, but for Europeans I can tell you GO THERE, excellent value for money Xem tiếp

lots of restaurant all around the hotel cafe aswelll. above all, we had used pool as private. and club sndwiches aswell ( except naked and shouting chinese) Ill stay one more day before get to the airport. Ill enjoy it again. Xem tiếp

I booked 9 nights in Nha Trang, as we wanted to have some chill out time by the beach..As we arrived in Nha Trang, we realised that 9 nights are far too many in this City, as, it is one big construction site, wherever we looked- there were unfinished high- rises and constant noise of construction work.. But, luckily, we booked SenViet Premium Hotel..The hotel is very nice, away from all the noise, the room very clean, the view from our room and from the pool was amazing..The breakfast was very good, plenty of everything... The beach is 800m away.. so, we did enjoy our stay in Nha Trang in the end, thanks to SenViet Hotel.. Xem tiếp
