Ưu điểm: Khách sạn mới đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên thân thiện hiếu khách, ăn sáng rất ngon phục vụ tận tình, hồ bơi rất rộng và sạch. Nhược điểm: TV không kết nối được với USB, phòng có mùi mới. Xem tiếp

Mình đi du lịch dịp tết với gia đình có 2 con nhỏ, phòng KS rất rộng, nhân viên niềm nở, hỗ trợ rất tốt. Khách sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều rất tốt, đồ ăn ngon, phục vụ chu đáo. Mình vô cùng hài lòng khi ở tại KS. Xem tiếp

Pros: - Very central - Clean big room - Nice pool Cons: - No doorman, u will have to unload yourself - Very limit staff - They have parking lot, but wont let me park under the roof ( even there is a slot and just one motorbike parked there which can easily removed) - They charge you for water. I mean what kind of 5 stars hotel dont provide water. They give 2 very small bottles in the room. And when i asked for more bottle. They brought up 4 bottles. Then the next day they charged 180k for that. I mean the money is not much but this is ridiculous, why dont u tell us to take it from the minibar instead. Overall, i would give them 3stars. Xem tiếp

Imagine staying in a "so-called" 5 stars, you used their toothbrushes, toiletries, sanitation bag and when you check out they asked for it back. If you are used to the 5 Stars of the Hyatts, Accord Group, Oetker Group, this hotel is a low low 2 stars compared to these 5 five stars. It is just an okay 4 stars for local own Vietnamese hotel. 1)The hotel is new, clean, pretty, good location. The staffs are greatly helpful with recommendations and booking me a car. The hotel is not accredited for that, Vietnamese in general are nice kind and helpful people. 2)The elevator broke twice in my three days. 3)Only one of the showerhead works. 4)Toiletries do not get refilled. 5)Room closet light broke and can't but turn off at night. 6)A staff member knocked on my door when I was in the shower, after I had screamed I'm in the shower, until I open so he can give me a plate of cookies for turndown service when he could have just returned and let me finish my shower. 7)I’ve stayed in a lot of five stars in my lifetime, as most people, I sometimes take toiletries if they’re nice designer products because it would be assumed it is complimentary. Another practice I commonly do when traveling and I think many people do, I take the cheap give away laundry bag to keep my dirty clothes so it wouldn’t stink of my suitcase. I did so with their cheap nylon fiber bag. I checked out, all is fine, went to the pool, when I returned they asked me if I had taken their laundry bag? I said yes because it’s not like I stole a blowdryer! Its a nylon DISPOSABLE BAG! They asked for it back,I was so confused, I asked them to give me a plastic bag to put my dirty laundry. They waited in front of me like a criminal as I take out my dirty clothes and swap in the lobby and take their disposable nylon bag back! If they had offered to charge me for the bag I would pay for it. It’s a nylon bag that CANNOT BE WASH OR REUSE! I told the staff that the bag is soiled with dirty clothes and asked if they use Xem tiếp

Great hotel but recently opened. Huge development next door made it impossible to relax. The staff were super friendly and kind but they were a bit clueless. They could have easily upgraded us to a nicer room but didn’t even though it was empty. However the rooms and design of the hotel was excellent and these issues I’m sure can be sorted so I would consider going back there Xem tiếp

Our driver told us that the Senna Hue Hotel was only 4 months old, as of Feb. 2020. Sparkling clean, very nice staff, great hotel! Because it is so new, there were only a few other guests around. Great value for sure! Xem tiếp

Although I was a bit hesitating to book a newly opened hotel, I’m more than happy with my choice. This really is a luxury hotel like the name says and can be compared to higher end hotels in Dubai (just not as huge). As said, the hotel is just opened. Rooms are very stylish, modern, spacious. All the amenities you could think of, provided in room. Bathroom very spacious and good quality. Good quality bed, sheets, towels, slippers...you can see and feel that they have been thinking about every detail. The reception desk people were speaking very good english, were helpful and friendly. They really were sincere and helpful, and didnt just pretend that. The inside garden and pool area were superb and relaxing as well. It’s worth to stay for an extra night to enjoy the pool and garden. Dining menu was very nice as well and not over priced. Most of the food we ordered (to room) was tasteful. However, some dishes should get more attention from the main chef (like seared tuna). Xem tiếp

Pro : nice and clean room/facilities as its a new hotel. The inner garden is the selling point. Location is perfect too, its very close to walking street in Hue. Con : not buffet breakfast but a set menu, still lots of good choices to eat. Pool area didnt have long chairs laying out. Those chairs will be good for swimmers during the day and also could be used to relax and laid back at nigh to chill in the garden. All in all, I would come back again when returning to Hue next time. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

We stayed at the Senna Hotel in Hue as part of our family Christmas holiday. The rooms are large and open up to a balcony which overlooks the interior courtyard. We had requested adjoining rooms and were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade on one room to a family suite. The hotel is well presented and in pristine condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Tram at reception and Vivian who works in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and was plentiful, with both Vietnamese and Western options. The restaurant has a well stocked bar and includes a wide selection of Belgian beers (including Paix Dieu Tripel) which are expertly poured into special chilled glasses. I will stay again when next in Hue and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Xem tiếp
