Nhân viên phục vụ quá tệ. chúng tôi đặt phòng và tới đó được trả lời là chưa có phòng phải chở tới 5 tiếng đồng hồ tới lúc thanh toán thì giá tiền phòng lại tính lên gấp 3 nếu các bạn đến du lịch đà nẵng thì hãy tránh địa điểm này ra nhé, agoda nên để số đt khiếu nại trực tiếp để chúng tôi còn liên hệ khi cần Xem tiếp

Khách sạn nằm ở Quận Sơn Trà nên cách chùa Linh Ứng rất gần, đi Bà Nà cũng tiện đường nhưng lại xa không khí ồn ào náo nhiệt của khu trung tâm. Ăn uống có quán ăn sáng bên cạnh tạm dược, cạnh đó 10m cũng có hải sản bà Cường cũng tàm tạm. Khách sạn thì nhà mình đi 5 người lớn khi book cứ nghĩ có 3 giường nhưng sau đến thì có 1 cái sofa nên 1 ng ngủ trên sofa, 2 giường lớn cạnh nhau, phòng cho 5 người hơi chật và đồ trong phòng cũ, không sạch và đẹp như hình. Về ở thì điểm trừ hết còn mỗi view biển thì tuyệt vời vì bước chân ra khỏi KS, sang đường là chạm cát, rất thích và khuyên những ai thích rời xa ồn ào, đông đúc và ngắm biển thì chọn nơi đây. I've used Agoda for years now, and have booked many hotels with them over the past few years, and the huge majority of hotels have been good to fantastic.... but this is the first time I've had to make an official complaint to Agoda. Staff said didn't have room at rate I had booked in Agoda. Then offered my a room, but was not cleaned. Staff had poor attitude, saying room had been cleaned., my room was really dirty (used condoms in bathroom bin), dirty fridge. etc... do not be fooled by the photo of the roof terrace. The tables / chairs are all piled up and half rotten now. Official complaint been lodged with Agoda. I would not stay here, especially if it's your first visit to Vietnam... there are many good hotels in Da Nang, but I would never go to this one again, based on the service / dirty room that I experienced. Room was nothing like photos and smelled horrible of cleaning detergent and was still dingy. I hardly ever refuse to stay but the whole building was dirty, the windows grimes and it was on a busy road that smelled like a sewer. Xem tiếp

The girl on front desk was fantastic. Very accomodating. The room was old. The aircon was terrible. Now for the bed. What can i say but shocking. It was like sleeping on a bed base or a plank of wood. I had back problems for 2 days. Luckily good massages in vietnam. A real proper massage. Not the other type. Now the shower head came from the hose. It couldnt be fixed while i was there as there was no maintenance person avail. After 1 night i moved hotels Xem tiếp

I think the hotel is still new, everything smells like new. Its comfortable and clean. A bit far from center, you to ride motorcyle about 5 to 10 minutes. Xem tiếp

Up the top end of the beach near the fishing fleet, it was nice to be away from all the tourists but as they have motorbike for rental it was only a quick spin down the road to get to the main drag. Only downside was no breakfast option it seems. Went to Happy Heart cafe 7.8km away by scooter and had a very nice breakfast indeed. Xem tiếp

It's a small hotel at the end of the busy beach promenade. That's why you can enjoy delicious seafood for a very small price there. Within 5 minutes you will be at the beach. Just consider the area where you are allowed to swim as high waves could be dangerous. Disadvantage of the hotel is that you will have to go by taxi to the town because of the distance. Nevertheless Taxi is very cheap so no problem if you want to spend your time at a not so busy and touristic area of the beach promenade. The staff also arranged two nice bikes when we decided to go by bike to the marble mountains and helped us a lot with every request we had. Next to the hotel is a little market where you can get fresh fruits and other food (bakery etc.) for local prices. Unfortunately the water wasn't so hot as we liked and the bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable regarding to size, wetness and opportunities to lay down towels etc. But all in all we would recommend this place because of the more local surroundings and the friendly staff. We arrived 6am on a bus from Dalat and they allowed us to check-in early! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and hotel is right in front of the beach. Only downside is there are not many restaurant varieties nearby which cannot be controlled by the hotel themself (all live seafood restaurants lined up selling the same thing, great if you enjoy seafood everyday). staff were very friendly and helpful but there was definitely a language barrier. 优点：海景很美，安静，可租摩托车 缺点：1.为什么安静？因为它特别偏。其实安静有安静的好处，但是根本就不在AGODA标注的谷歌地图上的位置，打车过去怎么都找不到，后来问了路人又打了一辆车，它在五公里以外的地方。靠近山茶半岛，基本没什么人了。跟前台讲了这个事情，她不置可否没有任何解释。5 km away from the location it shows on google map, no explanation; 2.沐浴露洗发水都是用过的，垃圾桶里有垃圾。被子没铺，整个一团放在柜子里也没整理过。屋子里非常热，空调开了好久才凉快下来。Uesed shampoo and shower gel, quilts messed up; 3.想跟酒店换点钱，汇率不高也就算了，还要收20万越南盾的手续费。你看到我呵呵的眼神了吗。Asked you to pay a fee of 200000 Viet-namese Dong if you wanna change money.
