Good schedule to visit Song Sot Cave and Ti Top island and hayaking. Good food(not buffet). Friendly staff and good English speaking tour guide. Poor room facilities. Floor is broken. Hot water used up very early so if you want have shower pls just do it right away back from island... Quilt is too thin and too cold. Xem tiếp

Halong Bay and the Caves are amazing . But I'd never use or recommend sea sun cruise to anyone . Hotel Pick up / drop off service shpuld be checked out really seriously. Extremely dangerous Driver on a 4 hour journey from halong bay to Hanoi . Cruise is ok not great . They didn't deliver some of the things mentioned in the itinerary. Rude guy( staff ) who calls himself handsome , he was calling some of the passengers ugly !!!! Captain was using his feet to direct the boat !!! I've got photos .... vegetarian food and no pork requested well before the trip and it took them ages to understand and deliver .... value for money ; no . I used Agoda' s name and site as it's trustworthy but never again . Xem tiếp

There is no door between toilet and the room. It's covered with certain only... I can't imagine using this room with my boyfriend... The food was terrible...Cold fries and so on... No free water... I ordered two cups of cocktail and drank the worst taste of Mojito and Magarita... I think they are using different kind of rum and tequila... Xem tiếp

Booked 3days 2nights on the boat and we had an awesome experience from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi. The room on the boat was great and alot better than expected, we had one on the top deck. 2 nights on the boat was perfect for us. On the second day we were taken to a day boat (where we joined guests from other cruises who also choose 2 nights on their boat) to explore Lan Ha Bay. It was very relaxing and much more quieter than the first day. With so much competition for these cruises, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seasun :) The intineray was followed and it was organised very well! Thanks again! Xem tiếp

I have generally a good feedback on the accomodation, staff, transfer and services. Food has definitely to improve: it was massiveasy, always cold. Vietnam has delicious food but what is served here it's not aligned with. Xem tiếp

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The guide spoke beautiful English and he did not pressure to do activities we did not want to do. The room was of average quality. I think the staff could do a better job cleaning. I found an old soap bar and comb in our room when we checked in. The food was really terrible--all fried and of standard tourist fare. However, I did see some of the guests really enjoying the fried foods. The cooking class was a joke. I would have rather just sat out on the deck or on one of the couches than stand around while this guy showed us how to make a spring roll. The kayaks were very old and we only had 45 minutes to enjoy them. A huge group of backpackers descended upon us as we were leaving. There is no floating, just a sad looking dock. The beach was also a bit sad, and Seasun did not provide beach towels, which most of the other tour groups had. Throughout the tour, we did the exact same thing as every other boat, including many companies that charge a great deal more than Seasun. I think Seasun is a good deal compared to other midrange options. However, they seem to load and unload passengers onto the ship without explaining that these folks had gone on two day tours to other islands. It was just kind of a surprise to see a new person, and we ran out of room at the dining table for lunch because there were so many additional people. Also, on the way out of Hanoi, we stopped on the side of the highway to pick up additional passengers. I assume this is because they were late for their hotel pickup or something like that, but again, the whole conversation was in Vietnamese, because these guests were Vietnamese. Our tour guide didn't feel it was necessary to explain to the group why we had stopped on the side of the highway. I suppose I should have asked. Xem tiếp
