Ban đầu hơi khó tìm khách sạn vì không có địa chỉ cụ thể, gọi hỗ trợ mấy lần không được, không được nhận phòng sớm. Nhận phòng không như mô tả trên agoda, ks nhiều muỗi dù được xông tinh dầu sả, con nhỏ vẫn bị muỗi đốt dù chạy giỡn liên tục, gia đình mình đi với trẻ nhỏ buộc phải thuê xe 2h vào phố cổ ăn tối và vẫn tính 1 ngày, gia đình muốn thuê xe kết hợp trả xe máy trong bến xe Hội an để đỡ tốn tiền taxi về bến nh cũng không được, tốn thêm 200k xe về Đà Nẵng. Tóm lại, một ngày nghỉ ở đây ko được j cả, ko phòng đẹp, view đẹp, ko chỗ ăn bình dân, ko tắm biển được nên check out sớm đỡ suy nghĩ. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay in HoiAn all the more because of this authentic Vietnamese homestay. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach, delicious breakfast included, drive to airport taken care of as well as scooter rental. Our host were gracious and very helpful. Xem tiếp

The staff were lovely as always in Vietnam, but firstly the room booked/paid was not available so I was given a different room. The air-conditioner was faulty and also there was a significant ant problem in the room. This was sprayed initially but then I came home to find them all through my luggage and the room. The staff were doing their very best to assist, but this situation made the stay quite uncomfortable. The steep thin stairs at property are also not good for Senior people or anyone with injury. Upon arriving, we were promptly greeted and we were informed that our room has been changed (I booked a Double Superior and we got a Double Deluxe). We didn't mind, since I think it was an upgrade, but either way as long as the rooms are similar or better than the one I booked, that's fine with me. We picked this homestay primarily because of the price and proximity to the beach, and on these fronts the homestay was great. It feels less like a homestay and more like a hotel, but that was fine for us. The building is rustic and charming--a little rough around the edges, which personally I enjoy the quirks of, but some may not. For example, the shutter doors that led to the balcony was hard to close and lock, and even so, there were huge gaps, letting hot air get into the air conditioned room. The breakfast is cooked for you fresh (you make your choice the day before). I chose the fruit plate which was a surprisingly large portion and the coffee. The coffee was really good! Xem tiếp

Comfortable bed. Book library. Lovely breakfast. Close to beautiful beach and easy taxi ride to Hoi An. Assisted to organise transport and could organise tours, etc, if desired. Restaurants close by. Quiet area. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Wifi good. Xem tiếp

Actually we book 2 room and paid for 1 night stay in Hoi An on Chinese New Year trip. But when we reach there, the staff told us was full house. We have no idea how come can make mistake on room that booked and paid already... After call to Agoda and negotiation, no choice we have to shift to another homestay nearby. Travelling on a buget we stay at seaide an bang...this place is very special..stunning woodwork imaculately clean. Very quiet road and such a lovely family.....so close to the beach...this is the best yet we have stayed at in vietnam....so chillied and comfortable.....we will return for sure.....dont miss this one its really special Xem tiếp

The hotel is well positioned a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach. The staff are incredibly helpful and there is free bicycle hire. The only negative was the construction site next door but work did not start early or finish late. For the money this place is very good value Xem tiếp

I booked Seaside An Bang Homestay online at the last minute. They were very accommodating when I rang them en-route from Hanoi about sending someone to Danang Train Station to collect me. The room upon arrival was clean, spacious, cool (the air-conditioner was on) and smelt wonderful (they had an oil lamp burning as well). The room included breakfast, with a small selection of options, but it was no problem if you wanted something additional. Beach access was across the road and I was able to have a free sun-lounger and umbrella with purchase of food or drink from the local restaurants. I also had use of a free bicycle to travel to the main beach (no more than 5mins away) or to Hoi An (about 15mins away). There was a good selection of eating places to choose from in the area and it was nice to be close enough but just far away from the maddening crowd. Xem tiếp

Had the corner room with balcony which was relaxing.The staff are very pleasant and there a re always a few bikes around which they let you borrow for trips into Hoi An or to An Bang Local beach. About a 20 minute beach walk to the local An Bang beach as well. Quiet and out of the way but not too far out of the way. Xem tiếp

I have lived in Vietnam for many years. I have been staying in various home stays in Hoi An probably 10 times over the last 4 years. I do speak basic Vietnamese. On my arrival I was told that I had to change rooms after 1 day of my 3 day stay because of some urgent repairs. However, fact of the matter was, that the place was heavily overbooked which caused inconveniences for other guest, as well. No repairs needed to be done. Just bad management. Housekeeping / cleanness of the rooms is ok but by no means great. No soap, toothbrush or other amenities in the bathroom. Only after asking for it I got some. During my 3 day stay there were constant (approx 10 hours per day) power cuts. That is not the fault of the owners but other similar places have small generators that can provide enough power for lights and a fan. These generators can even be rented for a reasonable fee but the owners obviously decided not to do that. On my second day I entered the premises and a local lady with a baby in her arm came running to me shouting NO, NO, NO. I asked her in Vietnamese what the issue was and if she worked there. She could not give me any answer that made some sense for she was probably shocked that a foreigner talked to her in Vietnamese. She did not speak a word of English other than NO. I asked for her name and told her that I was a paying guest in the place. Neither the receptionist nor the owners were on the premises and I just went about my business ignoring her. Later I found out that she was obviously a neighbor who had not seen me before. As I could hear later from conversation of the staff they thought of this incident as very funny. I did not. All other home stays that I have so far stayed in had a very clean and open kitchen for 24h use for guest. This place only has a very small and untidy kitchen inside the owners house which means that it can only be used when the owners doors are open between say 0630h and 2100h. Ein wunderschönes familiäres Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und die Besitzerin hat uns ein rund um sorglos Paket beschert (Laundryservice, Motorrollervermietung und Shuttleservice zum Flughafen um 4 Uhr morgens!!). Am Strand stehen kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Wir waren sehr froh dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben und nicht in einem der großen Hotelbunker untergekommen zu sein!! Xem tiếp

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt, eine Straße vom Strand entfernt. Das hotel hat ein Restaurant am Strand bei dem man die Liegen und Schirme kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und hatte auch ein Moskitonetz. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch unsere Touren (Schnorcheln und Cooking Class) haben wir da gebucht. Das Taxi in die Stadt kostet zwischen 80 und 100k je nachdem wohin genau. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das teure Bus Ticket welches wir hier gebucht haben. Aber da hätten wir uns vorher informieren sollen. Alles in allem waren wir glücklich mit der Wahl. Restaurants gibt es auch im die Ecke. Xem tiếp

De kamers boven zijn ruim, schoon en hebben aircondition. Mogelijkheid om buiten, voor de kamer, te ontbijten. Strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel spreekt bijna geen Engels, wel heel aardig. Klein nadeel is dat er verder grote hotels staan, daardoor er weinig winkeltjes en restaurantjes in de buurt zijn. Prijs-kwaliteit is prima.
