Phải nói mình may mắn khi book 1 phát ngay khách sạn thật ưng ý. Chị chủ siêu dễ thương, tư vấn du lịch nhiệt tình luôn. Phòng ốc ko gì phải chê, sạch sẽ, gạch ốp màu gỗ tạo cảm giác ấm áp. Ở đây ngay trung tâm, cứ đi bộ xoành xoạch là ăn uống no nê. Xem tiếp

Pros : ana is the greatest receptionist ever. Do not fooled by her appearance simple clad shirt but she is a person with great personality and helpful and attentive and smiling always....she make sure every step u walk into the hotel is well taken care off. The butler, a middle aged man was fantastic.....he heard i opened my hotel door and quickly came beside my door room to help me carry my luggage downstair....such a detailed oriented staff. This room fit right into our budget and we couldn't have asked for more. The receptionist was so kind and sweet and helped us get to the Love Waterfall. The room was quite large and all the facilities were clean and in working order. The heater was a bit loud but provided the warmth we needed in the cold Sapa night. I don't believe there was an elevator but we always take stairs anyway so it was fine. Overall very comfortable one night stay and would definitely go back if I found myself in Sapa again. Xem tiếp

This was our favourite stay in Vietnam so far! The beds are sooo comfortable, the room was spotless and had heating and ac which was nice in Sapa. The room was well ventilated and didn’t have that damp, musty feeling/smell we’ve encountered in a lot of accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Xem tiếp

My stay at the Sapa Romance Hotel was very memorable. Anna and her family are some of the nicest people I have met during my travels. They care for their customers and help with booking trips, give advice on price ranges for taxis etc., help you catch the right busses back to Lao Cai. Furthermore the rooms are clean and spacious. The heating was great during a cold night. I would definately stay at the same hotel again! Overall I had a wonderful experience. Xem tiếp

Ms. Anna was the nicest and most helpful host. She really went out of her way to help us but she was never pushy. She even helped barter our bus ticket down when we left. The breakfast is delicious and a great deal - only 50k for eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. Our stay here was the nicest and best experience we’ve had in the 6 weeks we have been traveling. We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Romance. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, walking distance of cafes and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Anna is so helpful and friendly and really made our stay in Sapa. Xem tiếp

The Receptionist was great -she could speak very good English (that is unique in Vietnam, as we realized after one month travelling around Vietnam), she was kind and everytime prepared to help. As well as other two girls who cooked and took care about the cleanliness of rooms. Room was super clean with very nice smell. We appreciate great atmosphere in the hotel. Xem tiếp

Advertised as having heat. Heat is reverse cycle aircon that does not work at -1c, nor is cababable of heating up the huge concrete freezing mass of the room. No heat in common areas at all and see your breath cold everywhere. As a Canadian I an no stranger to cold, but when advertised as a heated room I expect heat, and not a literally sub zero room, with a feeble system incapable of providing heat. The hotel did not provide a heated room as contracted, and refused to refund our money on the 3 rooms. The choice was literally to freeze or leave, and really one choice. Staff is great, but does not make up for misleading advertising. A freezing room is not heated, and a reverse cycle aircon is simply impossible of heating in this ambient temperature. It is not surprising that the coldest place in Vietnam has cold weather and if advertised as heated the heat system should be capable of heat output in a typical winter day A hill tribe home stay is warmer as they have a fire Xem tiếp

Very helpful Ms. Anna (thru email) as we were arriving late *early morning 5-6am due to transportation issue. The room is clean with basic amenities available. (hot shower in the winter cold Sapa). overall our stay was perfect. really enjoy our trip. Xem tiếp

We only had one night here but we were so pleased with our choice! The hotel was very modern with spotlessly clean rooms and excellent facilities, including fast WiFi and a shower room we could use the following day when we finished a trek. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. They helped us book our travel back to the train station, and were even able to get a motorcycle for hire delivered to the hotel within 5 mins of us mentioning that we wanted to hire one! Slightly further from the main area of bars, restaurants than other hotels but would definitely stay here again next time. Xem tiếp

Right away we were greeted in English and the staff were friendly and helpful during our entire visit. Our plans changed after we arrived because of the weather, and we needed an extra night in town; they were able to secure a room for us and even gave us a discount. The lobby and rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable by western standards-- very soft mattress! Xem tiếp

The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving tips on where to go and offering the possibility of taking a trekking tour with a local guide. They even got us a good deal on a bus ride back to Lao Cai for our return train to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

This family owned hotel is quite new and very nice. Though me and my boyfriend slept here for one night only. The woman who owns the place is really kind. Helped us out a lot. Like renting a scooter and booked a trekking tour for us. We could even leave our luggages there for two days. She and her husband even walked us to the bus station. Had stayed in the deluxe room, it is nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice. Staff were extremely helpful, provide us with information on Sapa town and trekking. Will stay again if visit Sapa again. Xem tiếp
