I forfot my phone at hotel after check-out, and host Sam Pham gave me my phone back, He has a heart of gold , friendly. Room is clean, host is very helpful, polite and kind. I love sharing my excellent service with each person, that's why i appreciate this place. Xem tiếp

I have been staying Ho Chi Minh for 4 months before I found Sampham. Super nice host. Excellent airconditioning and facilities. Chilled vibe. Happy people. Cool kids who learn english here. Best place I have stayed in Vietnam. I will miss Sam and Sampham homestay. I made a great friend. Xem tiếp

Oh yea....the only way to know the real things is to personally experienced it yourself. Just come & stay & discover the uniqueness of the area along with the home itself. This is absolutely neither a hotel nor a true hostel but a real Vietnamese suburban home. Xem tiếp

When you come to stay at this place you need to have a mind set that it's not a hotel & it has its own personalities of Sam & his family. Its location will be a stand out feature for those looking for quiet & away from the hustling of the city center. The host,Sam, is a nice people. Staying here, you have chance to meet other volunteers to have nice chat with them. The location is not convenient if you use the public transportation from there to the central part. You need to transfer two buses. Xem tiếp

I stayed 3 nights in dorm of Sam home stay, room is standard, veey simple bed, bathroom, but most important for me was family atmosphere, which you miss during 6 month traveling. Mom is just amazing, always smiling and so warm. Sam is interesting person with big knowledge of hcmc, always give good advice. Also you can participate in English class for kids, which was new experience for me. Homestay located bit far from district 1, but it will take 15-20 min to reach there by bike. Xem tiếp

Sampham rents out rooms that they do not have. I booked a 25m2 double room, when I arrived I was ushered into a dormitory room . On complaining and presenting my booking I had to move to a "boom boom" (room by the hour ) hotel which is about 200m down the road without any assistance from Sampham staff. Sam the guy that is in charge , then tried to get me to pay the difference in cash. This place is really out of the way with very little to do in the area . I cannot ever recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason . I have been traveling to vietnam often and I must say the experience I had at Sampham and with the staff is the worst I have experienced booking with Agoda traveling in Vietnam There are no places to eat nearby either Oh by the way the image in the agoda site is not that of Sampham homestay. Maybe Agoda should get indipensent verifiers to certify the hotels Definitely 0* Xem tiếp

Very rude stuff totally unable to communicate . They forced me to com back at 22:30 even if the policy said 24h desktop service and just because was a bank holidays in Vietnam!!! That's totally hard to understand for a hotel...I feel myself unsafe in this place...no go there! Xem tiếp
