Pros we had a huge room and for most part was fine & clean in the bedroom. Very close to Ben Thanh market Con: Bathroom had leaking tap under sink which pooled water and had mould growing, they attempted a fix but it didn’t solve problem. Offer welcome drink but that is a coffee machine in lobby Nothing else. Included mini bar in price, this was 3 bottles of water In fridge and 2 on coffee table, 1 can coke and 1 can red bull. No option to change if you don’t drink coke or red bull. It’s more like it has a manager of an apartment complex as this doesn’t really seem like a “normal” hotel feel. It did the job, the staff were helpful but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend to others or go back. At over $120 AUD per night (with a 40% discount at booking we have stayed at a lot better locations in Vietnam Xem tiếp

We stayed at the hotel for one night, we arrived after midnight, and found that nearly all the lights outside and in the lobby were switched off, it took us some time to find a staff to check in. Luckily, the staff was nice and swift, and the room was quite spacey and clean. Things went fine until about 4 in the morning, that we were awaken by the continuous noice from other floors, probably from the kitchen, and it lasts for at least 3 hours, terrible night. Next morning, we were at the basement for our breakfast. Again, the staff were very nice and polite, however, the breakfast was just disappointing. Not to mention that we saw a huge cockroach strolled by our table. Xem tiếp

have stayed before under previous better known name. sadly new ownership has not helped. room is adequate... apart from led displays lighting the room at night ., curtains not doing their job and a/c that sounds like a freight train. but it is breakfast which is the big move. From a reasonable effort at (former) sister hotel previously ... now in the basement you get a complete circus. no greeting .. just empty space with a few clowns around the place . first was given super strong muddy espresso ... without asking . no milk suger etc ... then a plate of protein appeared ... a fried egg and small piece of steak with a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato. then toast arrived ... handled not so lovingly by the main clown .... no butter or jam. then a huge plate of steak and onions ... wow. all to the sound of rihard clayderman what a highlight. they really need to do it a bit better Xem tiếp

I stayed one very noisy night in this hotel. The room was otherwise ok but there was no protection from noise. If you happen to have a noisy neighbor, as in my case, you will not have many peaceful moments. In my case it was a family with two under teenage boys who (for one reason or another) screamed all the time and ran back and forth between their room and their parents room, knocking doors and shouting in the corridor. There was a opening of about 3 cm between the door of the room and the floor. You could not avoid hearing everything that happened in the corridor as if it happened next to your ear. And my room happened to face the elevator. I did mention the situation to the hotel staff who just seemed to think that this all was just my tough luck and there was nothing they could or would bother to do about it. Anyway, I am usually not very critical but in this case I would have to be crazy or utterly sadistic to recommend this hotel to anyone. Xem tiếp

Non smoking room stank of smoke - replaced with cheap deodour to cover it up . Drink stains splashed on the wall. Plastic rubbish bag hanging from door handle . Breakfast across the road in sister hotel was not even average . Although quite new , the rooms are looking tired and thinks are broken and not repaired . What a pity . Xem tiếp

The check-in didn't start the best way, since the hotel did over booking, but promptly they moved to the another A&Em hotel across the street, with a complementary upgrade (so they say). The rooms were spacious and clean, although the maintenance of the hotel is not following all the issues. The shower head was broken and after complaining in the reception, the staff immediately replace the shower. The facilities are good and the breakfast offers o good variety of food. The location of this hotel is 5 starts and you can walk almost to all the touristic places. I totally recommend A&Em hotel. Xem tiếp

New & spacious, quiet and clean. A better value then the A&Em hotels. We didn’t mind that we had to cross the street for the breakfast buffet & to use the pool. Thé A&Em hotels had more Ins and outs, thus more noise and rooms were smaller & older. Thé hôtel location is perfect. And the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in vietnam except for the coffees. A wide selection of local & western food. Thé other +++ was the bathroom... a nice tub, good water pressure and ample of hot water. Xem tiếp

There is no swimming pool nor the restaurant in the hotel apartment building. But there are 3 A&Em hotels on the same street. So you just walk across the street in 10 sec to get to the swimming pool and restaurant at the other 2 hotels. The room is clean and spacious. It is located in Quan 1 and a lot of different restaurants nearby. Xem tiếp

Quite new and in A&Em area where they have numerous hotels, this is a good option, if you want a bit more space and do a bit of self catering. Apartment is spacious open plan with good areas. No separate shower ( only bath/shower) is always a bit disappointing. Other facilities are OK... Breakfast across the road in A&Em hotel is pretty average. Xem tiếp
