Hơi mất điểm ban đầu khi tới nơi thì không có phòng đã đặt, tuy nhiên đã được chuyển phòng mới. Phòng tương đối tốt, tuy nhiên có điểm trừ về phòng vệ sinh thông với phòng vệ sinh chung, tương đối sáng và ồn về đêm. Had a great time at this hostel, staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries we had. The dorm was nice with comfy beds and pillows, multiple bathrooms so there was never a wait to use one. Only downside is the lockers are too small to fit big bags. Xem tiếp

I was really happy at sakura hostel staff was lovely and very clean. Today I had a booking in save bungalow. I have to say I'm really disappointed with this place, the room wasn't great and also they didn't have internet. I try to talk to them because I didn't want to stay and they couldn't even understand me. I lost almost 12 £. That is a lot of money for me at the moment because I've been traveling for a while already. I'm really sorry but I'm not gonna book anymore hostels with you anymore. Xem tiếp

Staff have good english and are so friendly and helpful. Very central location, you can walk anywhere you need to go. Rooms are very nice for the price and have aircon, fridge, satelite TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Laundry service also available. Xem tiếp

I had multiple issues during my two night stay here. At first I was allowed early check in and fell right to sleep as I was exhausted after a sleeper bus. About 30 mins later the staff came into my room, woke me up and said I would have to pay for the early check in. So I left and came back later when they told me to and the room was still not ready (although there had clearly been an open bed). Also one staff member said I could not refill my water bottle while another did. Also I had to change beds in the middle of my stay because another girl wanted my bed which I found unfair.
