Với giá phòng tương tương, có thể có nhiều lựa chọn tốt hơn Saigonstar hotel (dù đã được giá phòng đã được giảm theo mức Agoda). Thật ra đây là khách sạn quá cũ kỹ, không xứng đáng là khách sạn 3 sao. Những đò đạc trong phòng được thay mới không đồng bộ chắp vá. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn xuống cấp, bước chân vào khách sạn là xộc mùi hôi và ẩm thấp, thảm sàn, giường và mọi thứ đều rất bẩn, chắp vá. Chất lượng như nhà nghỉ hoạch khách sản thường thôi. Buffer sáng cũng không có mà chỉ gọi đc 1 món và chờ nhà bếp làm. Đc cái vị trí trung tâm thôi, ngoài ra chả đc gì, đêm tối thi tiếng Karaoke vọng lên quá ồn. Agoda cần xem xét lại, chứ như vầy khách hàng sẽ có trải nghiệm rất tệ. Xem tiếp

This hotel was well situated and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and although being next to a main road they were also quiet. The receptionists were extremely helpful and tried their best to help you with booking taxis and for giving sightseeing advice or directions. You could exchange currency within the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing and there was a very limited choice. However, for the cost of the rooms what do you expect. There was a good choice of English TV. There was a massage parlour and Karaoke bar within the hotel which at night seemed to be busy with wealthy clientele from outside of the hotel. Overall, it was a fairly good hotel and fit for purpose. I probably would stay there again when I go back to HCMC. Xem tiếp

It is great to have a variety of food for breakfast, though there still can be improved. My room is a bit stuffy, most probably from the air-condition and carpet. Friendly staffs and reading materials is sufficient. Xem tiếp

Hotel room was very worn down. Probably from the 90s. I booked a room with a double bed but was just given a room with 2 single beds for the entire duration of the stay. When I asked for an extended check out, I was informed it was ok by the reception but when I went to check out, I was requested to pay a late checkout fee. I told the reception that I was never charged an extended checkout fee everywhere I go and he told me that he would have to pay on my behalf if I didn't pay. After awhile, he mentioned that he would have to ask his manager to see if it was ok to waive the late check out fees. He immediately received an ok less than 15 secs into the call. I doubt I will ever stay in this hotel again. For the price and the location as well as every other thing, I believe I can find a hotel with a better value. Xem tiếp

Our needs were fully met. We stayed only one night and we're able to get into the centre within minutes. the downside was the hotel was undergoing a refurbishment at the time of our visit, however the fact we intend to revisit on our return journey later in the month when we understand the refurbishment should be complete is testament to how we felt about the hotel. It was horrible. Air con was faulty and the staff said it was working well. The glass in toilet fell down suddenly and the staff said I must pay for that without checking. They never say sorry and alway ask for payment. Xem tiếp

We came to the hotel at evening and we just planned to spend one night there. The room was comfortable and staff was helpful. Despite that our room was near the elevator, we didn't face problem with a noise. In front of hotel is Tao Dan Park and behind is the street Vo Van Tan with some decent restaurants. Through the park, one can reach Reunification Palace, Notre Dam Cathedral and Diamond Shopping Center by walk (20-30 minutes). Xem tiếp

Location of hotel is strategic, near to go everywhere. Nice bed and bathroom, quite cleanliness. Nice services from people in there, very helpful and polite. It's really good if hotel can improve their breakfast menu, more choice to choose especially Chinese food. Xem tiếp

it was really good choice to choose saigon star hotel. one of my local friends recommended this hotel, as he regarded it's the safest for solo tourist, clean, easy to get anywhere. all the staff were kind, and when i've robbed my passport by moto driver, everybody sincerely helped me to recover it. thanks a lot. Our booking was handled quickly and efficiently. We were given a room upgrade as there was a small problem with the keycard to our room. The room was a good size and nicely appointed and we were given a complimentary fruit platter. The service was first rate and the hotel very good value for money. The karaoke rooms on the second floor concerned us at first but in fact our room was very quiet. The room had free wireless internet and a good selection of cable TV channels.
