Mọi mặt đều ok ngoại trừ việc dọn vệ sinh hằng ngày và thay ga giường của khách sạn. Bộ phận dọn vệ sinh làm việc thiếu trách nhiệm 1 chút. Mình vào checkin thì dưới sàn nhà toàn móng tay và tóc bạc (chắc do khách trước) :(( nhưng mình hơi mệt nên nằm nghỉ 1 tẹo đằng nào ngày hôm sau thì phòng cũng được dọn vệ sinh. Ngày hôm sau mình về phòng, thì khu toilet đc dọn khá sạch sẽ, nhưng ga giường chỉ đc xếp gọn lại chứ ko đc thay, cả sàn nhà cũng ko hề đc quét dọn tẹo nào mà vẫn còn nguyên đống tóc và móng tay móng chân từ hôm trước. Mình có xuống báo lễ tân thì chị lễ tân đáng yêu và anh bảo vệ tốt bụng đã lên kiểm tra lại dọn và thay ga cho mình ( dù đó ko phải là công việc của họ). Xem tiếp

Vị trí ở trung tâm Q1 nên việc đi lại khá thuận tiện. Khách sạn sạch, đẹp, khá yên tĩnh dù nằm ở trung tâm. Các bạn nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và nhiệt tình, sẽ quay lại vào lần tiếp theo có việc ở TPHCM. Xem tiếp

Near the Ben Thanh Market super walking distance. A 20 minute walk to most of the attractions. The staffs are accomodating, hospitable and also helpful from the arrival up to check out. The Breakfast is good! Totally worth it and lots of varities to choose from. The room is clean, complete amenities, there is also ready drinks that you can pay upon check out. The hotel is in a fantastic locations the rooms are huge and comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about but ok the view is pretty good at breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market and Street Food Market so you can go there anytime you want. Most Ho Chi Minh City attractions are near, quite a walking distance, but are walkable from the hotel. The room we got was clean and were cleaned everyday. They give out free bottled water daily as well. The only room for improvement that I see is the wifi strength. Because while it is available, it is weak inside the room. Great location, right near to the market and easy walking distance from the main city attractions. The family room is actually pretty spacious for a small hotel. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable especially the super soft lovely pillows to rest your head upon after a long day of sightseeing! Breakfast options were very nice and more than adequate to fill a hungry tummy. The food is replenished by the attendant immediately as it runs out. The breakfast room is very small, so unless you get there when breakfast first starts there may be a short wait for a table. The staff are very nice and friendly. Clean, gr8 helpful staff , gr8 breakfast, Ist room very musty on arrival air con remote wouldn’t work got that sorted then safe wouldn’t work the brought another one up , bed sheets were quite grey looking but room was clean, then aircon started leaking all over the bed, they moved us to another room which had a lot fresher white bedding, only problem here was it had a spa type shower the alarm kept going off and awoke in the. night to a room full off steam . (Disclaimer -My reviews with the stars is considered void as I never got to use the room.) On Sept 25, I made an error and booked for Sept 25-26, 2018, Family room. I already booked few days before for 4 nights for triple room. In as much as I wanted a bigger room, I booked for the wrong date - Sept 25-26, 2018. I called Agoda, but they said they can only cancel it if your hotel agreed. They suggested instead to ask for rebooking. I tried reaching your website, messenger, FB, but I did not get any response. Therefore, I know I am charged already by my credit card company. How can customer service be at its best when reaching out to you is improbable? In as much as I want to believe I made the right decision in choosing your hotel for my family, but at this point, I am not sure anymore if I should keep my original booking scheduled on Feb 22-26, 2019, Triple Room with Breakfast Xem tiếp

Pros: Perfect location near matket and shopping. Cons: Breakfast is bad and room is so small fits 10-12 people at a time. Poor wifi, very slow on each floor. Not worth the price paid. Choose other hotels nearby for much less. Xem tiếp
