Warm and friendly from the get go. Super helpful owners & staff. Blown away by the breakfast choices and quality of the food! Free water refills for your bottles too :) It’s lovely and clean, well maintained with good facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Xem tiếp

We have stayed a few times now and it’s like coming home. Mel and Loc and so welcoming and make you feel part of the family. They go out of their way for you. Rooms are exceptionally clean, small but enough space for two. Breakfast is amazing. Great location down a quiet lane and close to bars restaurants and walking distance to Ben thanh market. We were reluctant to stay longer when we entered the alley. We thought it wasn't safe. But then we were greeted by a friendly staff and entertained by the energetic manager. We felt at home and decided to stay there. We booked 2 rooms in 5 nights. The location is quiet. Service is excellent. Highly recommend to all travellers. Breakfast is a WOW... They also sent us to the airport free of charge. They even packed our breakfast. Kudos to all the Saigon Inn staff. Xem tiếp

I read the reviews about this hotel and the main issue was the alley way location. I copied the location map for the taxi driver and it was a breeze to find, If you want to free the true culture of a place, this is it. Not every thing is on the main road with flashing lights. This place is amazing with a very delightful host who nothing is a problem. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast menu is five star. THANK YOU Xem tiếp

Actually I have not stayed here. I booked two nights here via Agoda and got confirmed but at that time there is only bed for one night. The staffs there did not know why the bed in dorm was not available for the next night but I could book via Agoda. She paid me back my money nicely and introduce me to Vietnam Inn Saigon, a nice place for whom has motobike. The staffs here are so nice. Xem tiếp

You'll get dropped off on the main drag and will need to walk down the alley. It's more like an alley street. Fairly easy to find and there are a couple of signs. They also have a tourist agency on the main road called "halo" or "hallo". The staff are great and the breakfast options are amazing. Staff really stood out for me. This hotel best reminds me of the Filipino culture. The host, Tita Mae is very accomodating and hospitable. They upgraded our rooms from standard to superior room for free. Breakfast is superb, fresh fruits, bread and sausage. She even gave us the hot sauce that we like. I will definitely back in this hotel. Nothing compares from other hotels I have stayed in other countries I'd been too. Thumbs up to Saigon Inn! We love Tita Mae! See you very soon!!!! :) Xem tiếp

The hostess was very helpful, not only with directions so we didn't get lost finding it, but also with booking tours and generally giving good advice to help us avoid getting ripped off whilst we travel around Vietnam. For example, the best taxi to use, and to book in travel agents properly to avoid ending up on a dirty old bus or bad tour or just losing money in general. Recommend this place to any traveller. It is right in the centre of the backpacker area but down a back street so quieter! The rooms have just been renovated so are lovely and clean and the friendly staff make this the perfect plan to stay when arriving in Vietnam for the first time! Xem tiếp

Excellent value for the money, so clean and friendly you can use the hotel as a home base for other travels in Vietnam and Cambodia very easily. You will get to know the city like a local and enjoy its changes, cultures, tastes and sounds. The location is amazing and don't worry if you think the room rates are higher than a backpacker hostel - this is a lovely boutique hotel well worth every cent spent. Excellent! What a staff! We stayed 4 brilliant nights at the Saigon Inn Hotel - couldn't be happier with the hotel. Fast WIFI, spotless rooms, right in the heart of the action but not a sound in the room at night time. Standard room is a little on the small side, though pretty normal in Asia - book the deluxe room for extra space if you can get your hands on it - well worth the extra! Xem tiếp

Supposedly there were 3 of us traveling, so I booked a room good for 3 which was the dormitory room. The 3-beds room had 2 toilets, so my friend and I was able to take a bath at the same time, saving us minutes of preparing. What I love about the place was it looked and felt like home. They also provide free 500-ml bottled water per person everyday. I will definitely stay here when I visit Ho chi Minh again. :) Xem tiếp

I would recommend this hotel. You will get lost trying to find it but it easy thereafter. It is family run down some traditional alleys. For the area it is extremely quiet. Probably not for someone who wants to party and come back in the early hours. Everything is pretty new. Hot power shower and comfortable bed. Wi fi efficient. The location of this hotel is great as it is right in the middle of things but quietly tucked away down some winding back streets, walking around them we got a real feel of the local life...the owners are so nice and friendly, they helped us out with everything we needed - train tickets, extra nights stay etc. The rooms are nice, clean and well decorated..Would definitely stay again. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is new so the rooms are clean and excellent value. The family who run it are lovely and made me feel welcome. The rooms are a good size and excellent value. It was the best place I stayed in Saigon in this price range. It's a bit tricky to find in the alleys off Pham Ngu Lao, but once you're there it's very central and easy to move around. Xem tiếp

This hotel is very new and clean, however, during our 4nights stay, room cleaning wasn't done everyday, tower only given on the first day. we had problem with the hot shower too, during our stays, we only had hot shower in the morning, and cold cold water at night, the water pressure also very weak. The wifi cannot be detected also, luckily we bought a local sim card that had data plan. no hair dryer given even though it is mentioned in agoda. the window has no curtain and it is so bright that we cant sleep well, cant sleep in. Other than these problem, this hotel is really cheap, value for money, the owner is very friendly, he helped us arrange tour to cu chi tunnel, mekong river and vung tao beach. we decided to go vung tao beach last minute and we woke the owner up at 6am, felt bad for this but he is really kind.
