1) Confusing Name - There are 2 Saigon InnCrowd , one is located in De Tham and the other is in Ho Hao Hon. De tham is more accessible. Micky Giang is a super host. He is very kind and accommodating. He has always a helping hands for all our request and queries. The place is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Xem tiếp

Good: - close to plenty of good places to eat, and away from the main backpacker area, though close enough to walk to it if you like - young lady on reception was friendly and helpful - terrace on the top floor had great views if you don't mind the narrow metal stairway to get to it Not good: - wouldn't let my GF stay (long-term, I didn't pick her up off the street!) stay as she didn't have her ID on her. If that's the policy then fine, however we have never had this issue anywhere else we have stayed in Vietnam. - the windows in my room were blacked out with adhesive tape, so to get any light into the room I had to open the windows, which isn't a good idea in the daytime heat of HCMC and defeats the purpose of having air conditioning. - room not cleaned on the 2nd day (when I left the room the cleaners were right outside it with their gear, and my "please clean the room" sign was on the door) - no fridge in the room Overall, wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again - there are better options at a similar price. Booked a Deluxe double room for 2nites, check in was a brezze at 2pm promptly. Room was just clean but there was still many strands of hair on the wet tiles. Few strands in the toilet too. 2bttles of water m coffee being provided, many english channels on tv. Bedsheets changed but spot a stain on it.. Plenty of plugs to charge devices, shower pressure too small, toiletries provided. Hostel is by the river in a quiet location with mini marts, food stalls a few steps away. Staff speaks basic english. There’s a microwave(bowls & plates provided) in the kitchen. 2km away from Ben Thah market & close to Bui Vien walking street. Hostel has shutters down after midnite(shutters open at 7am) so is good to inform then reception beforehand if checking out early. Overall good experience & will be back next time. Xem tiếp

Everything was good up to the point of check out. Ruined by a stupid policy to charge me 600,000vnd/£20 for a spot of blood on the bed sheet. They pulled out this sheet for charges out of no where, and said its hotel policy. If its hotel policy shouldnt I have been made aware of it at booking or check in. Will NEVER stay again. Xem tiếp

Good value for money and within a short walk of walking street ( if you’re used to Vietnamese roads!). The hole in the bathroom of the top floor room meant that it was a little loud in the mornings - but other than that no issues. Staff are friendly and considerate 🙂 Xem tiếp

This property is in district one. Surrounding area has lots of yummy food(both day and night), a convenient store and a very good wet market. It's also a 15min walk to the Walking Street. To Ben Thanh Market by GrabBike is 13k VND so it's not that bad. Staff is helpful generally and they try their best to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one. The male staff manning the counter is extremely affable and attentive. The part-time male staff on night duty is also very patient and helful except he doesn't speak English. Had a very good and peaceful 2 nights here. Surrounding area was peaceful and not noisy at all. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was small but cozy. Wide windows offered a beautiful view of the city. Water pressure and heater were great too. There is an elavator too so there's no need to haul your luggage. Xem tiếp

1st time in HCM city. This hotel is new, Room are clean n quit, provide hair dryer,slipper. Staff are very helpful with English speaking, we stay 6 nights. Nearby with local eatery stall, provision shop are available. Although is a distance to the attraction, with the grab taxi, this drawback is very minor. Overall, highly recommend this hotel, value for money. 很好的小酒店，新装修，干净安静，我们住了两晚。店主(阿辉)，员工Mikey,sally 会说英语，对初到的我们旅游购物帮助很多。 周边当地小吃挺方便，有西式面包店，越南的面包，牛肉粉，晚间还有我合口味的云吞面。 虽离景区有点距离，但乘搭Grab taxi, 方便安全又便宜。 回来还想住这里。 Xem tiếp

위치는 여행자거리에서 조금 많이 떨어져 있어서 걸으면 30분 정도 걸리는 것 같아요. 저희는 구경하면서걷는것 조아해서 그냥 걸어 다녔어요ㅎㅎㅎ 여기가 12시되면 셔터를 내리는데 그날 저녁에 비가 갑자기 많이와서... 도착했더니 아무리 벨을 눌러도 문을 안열어 줘서 비를 좀 맞긴 했네요ㅠㅠㅠ 직원이 잠들어서 못들었던 것 같아요ㅠㅠ 그래도 청결도나 직원 친절도 가격은 정말 맘에 들어요ㅎㅎㅎ Xem tiếp
