Agoda gửi thông báo đặt xác nhận thành công, nhưng tôi tới thì nhân viên nói Agoda không cập nhật thông tin...??? tôi đặt 2 ngày, và phải chuyển sang phòng cao hơn giá đặt 300k cho ngày hôm sau vì lý do khách khác đã đặt trước! gối không thay nên rất hôi Nước Toilet không có, hay không được mở. Tóm lại không có nước, vội ra sân bay mà thêm bực. Không biết những tình huống này nên tin Agoda hay khách sạn. Xem tiếp

After seeing so many bad review on this hotel, I decided to give a try. The male receptionist is friendly. My room is at level 1. Enter the room and was happy with the decor. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The power socket is badly position at the floor. Window view of the backyard. Not pleasant view. Overall still happy with the standard, will come back again. Xem tiếp

Great staff, service and one of cleanest and best furnished hotel/apartment in the area and I have looked at over 20 others within Phu My Hung Área... I believe long term prices outside Agoda discount are a little high but still worth the money after discount. Xem tiếp

This was my second stay at this hotel - I will not stay there again. The facility is clean and nice, room maid and front desk pleasant, however, I had the rudest and most profound encounter with the Manager. I viewed 2 rooms with front desk agent - and I had Agoda online on my phone ... I found the room I liked and asked the Agent which one I click for the room we were standing in ... He showed me so I booked right then. Ended up it was the wrong room and front desk agent apologized as his fault. I asked what I could do and manager said take it or leave it ... I said room I wanted was only 6$ per night diff on Agoda so upgrade me. Manager said No, and if I wanted upgrade, I would have to pay full retail at $18 more per night. He would not honor Agoda price. After 70 minutes on with Agoda and Manager, hotel finally agreed to honor Agoda online price. Manager, needs customer relationship training and doesn't know how to rectify issues that are their own fault. Xem tiếp

When I booked this hotel on agoda, I really expect that I will have a great stay in a nice room with bathtube and nice decoration (just like what the photos on agoda showed). But when I came to check in, the reception just gave me an excuse that the bathroom of my booked room was broken so they would move us to another hotel which was the same owner, near Saigon by night, higher price but no extra charge. It’s ok to me because no one wish for a broken bathroom in your vacation so we move to another hotel as the receiptionist guided. However, I think everything just went wrong when I got in the room. It just like an apartment with small bathroom, a sink (?!!) and very noisy at night. Our room was at 1st floor, near elevator, at the cornor of the building so the elevator worked, the guests of the hotel played around all night and that meant I couldn’t sleep that night because of the noise. Had been in HCMC at least 50 times over he last decade..decided to try out this hotel in District 7 which happened to be a "korean town". We check in late, allocated room on ground floor right behind Reception!! Room size is acceptable wif a so called balcony..which faces an open and unused plot of land..dangerous to us cos it can see through our room if curtain is drawn.. Then, recep called to inform my partner that there will be a police check and she is advised not to stay in e room..so we decided to leave for supper..2nd night and same thing happen, this time she was made to sit in e balcony wif mosquitpes attcking her for an hour..this totally unacceptable..then came the best part when we check out..I had informed the recep during chk in that i would like a late chk out and all was ok.. when i check out at 1.20pm.. i was told (force) that I had to pay USD50 for late chk out! argued but I paid and will never stay there again.. 2 superior room at ground floor located right behind the reception lobby. quite a small room and noisy can hear staff talking easily. the room door seems having problem will create huge bang... sound. Nearby hotel > new shopping centre, BBQ Korea food. Anyway i like this hotel . Xem tiếp

Ok so the photo does no really match the actual environment but that is no surprise at all with online advertisement. Instead, it was cosy and the decoration is relatively new compared to other hotels in that street. My room is probably the cheapest so it is located on the first floor right behind the "front desk". Since its the cheapest so the small walkway and connected balcony with barred window view doesnt bother me at all. English is a minor problem with warm hospitality and persistence to take care of my issues such as renting a bike and dinner selection. Overall, it is a real bargain and satisfy all my basic demand.
