Tôi đã có 3 ngày đêm rất hài lòng ở tại Amigo Hotel. Vị trí của khách sạn rất thuận lợi, tôi cũng nhận được sự giúp đỡ của nhân viên để thuê được xe máy ở ngay gần khách sạn. Phòng luôn được vệ sinh sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp vào sáng ngày kế tiếp, tôi thấy rất hài lòng. Vào ngày ở cuối khi gặp nhầm lẫn với việc gia hạn thêm ngày lưu trú trên trang web agoda, tôi đã nhận được sự giúp đỡ nhiệt tình từ phía khách sạn. The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure that myself and my two friends were prioritized even at their own inconvenience to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Mr Tom was especially helpful to ensure I had a bucket of ice each night so that I could begin my night with a few pre drinks in my room. Xem tiếp

Got put in a room with mold on the walls that smelt terribly musty. The staff were very helpful and offered us a different room. The different room also melt musty, but was fine once we aired it out. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the hotel needs a bit of work. Don’t stay here if you need a soft bed. Xem tiếp

I would use this hotel again for a short duration ,the location is good and easy to access all attreactions.It was a good fast check in.the room I had was a standard double ,but it was so tiny .the bathroom was minute and difficult to enter and shut the door..Therte was no kettle or water or shampoo ,this is the first hotel in Vietnam that has not provided these basic facilities ,thast i have visited.However the room was clean ,but very noisy during the night ,from outside ( late night drinkers etc ) Xem tiếp

The Saigon Amigo Hotel is well located in the heart of Saigon. You will need to go there walking though, as the hotel is located in a middle of a narrow alley. Our check-in occurred around midnight, as our flight landed one hour earlier from Japan. The other positive points are the friendly morning staff and the amenities that included a toothbrush. The elevator is new, clean and spacious. The price is good. I have to say that the access to enter the hotel was difficult, as a bunch of motorcycles lined up just at the entrance prevented us from getting in the hotel easily. As we had a late flight, we just bought some groceries/snacks at the nearest convenient stores, just a block away. We had bought noodle cups and went back to the hotel asking the night receptionist if we could have hot water for our noodles. It seemed to bother him, as he told us to come back the next day to have hot water! We insisted and he went to the kitchen. However, 20 seconds later he came back saying no hot water! I thought it wasn't difficult to boil hot water… Of course, we could have done that at the convenient store, but I didn't see myself carrying two noodle cups while avoiding getting hit by motorcycles and potentially burning myself. Anyway, I also found the blanket very small for two people, as it didn't cover my feet unto my shins. While the toothbrushes were a nice amenity, there wasn't any shampoo though. In conclusion, we will come back as it was an overall positive experience. Xem tiếp

The hotel is located in an alley between Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien streets. Therefore the location is great if you want to be close to the touristic area and Ben Than market. It has an elevator and the rooms are cleaned daily. The room had a nice bathroom and and all the furniture and beds were nice as well. Also the minibar is very cheap so it saves you the trouble of going out to purchase water. The staff are also friendly and they serve a quite nice pho for breakfast. Generally this hotel provides what is promised through the photos and the description which is not necessary the norm for cheap hotels in Vietnam. Overall a good choice for a low price and for type of budget travelers. Xem tiếp
