We stayed at the Ruby River 3 nights and we had a fantastic time. A 15-20 minute walk from the buzzing city. Very relaxing, a swimming pool, no noise and easy access to the beach too. What else can you ask for? Rooms are extra large and bathrooms are huge. Level of cleanliness is outstanding. Breakfast caters different fruits (always fresh) and you can take a choice of coffee and a main dish (assortment of pancakes, eggs in different styles...). Simple, fresh and tasty. To top it all, the staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Phuc told us the story of the Ruby River project and Lin helped us out during the whole stay. Ruby Villa is only a 3 star but should definitely be rated higher. Phuc and his team cannot do enough for their guests, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The old town is just a short bike ride away and bikes can be hired from Ruby Villa for about a £1 a day.. Fantastic place to stay would not hesitate in recommending to anyone. Xem tiếp

We arrived at 6:30am on the first day, and were greeted by the owner who sat down and had a cup of tea with us and explained to us all the fun things to do and see in and around Hoi An. Although check in was not until 2pm we were in our room by 7:30 which sums up the service at this lovely little family run hotel. We have stayed in numerous hotels throughout our trip across Vietnam, but this was our favourite and as a result we even ended up extending our stay in Hoi An by one night. Short ride by bike from the Old town of Hoi An and beautiful rooms and swimmingpool. Lovely family that immediatly after our arrival offered us a steamsession because we had a cold! They made us ginger tea and checked every day on us. This was really the place we needed to relax! Xem tiếp

Phuc and his wonderful family have created a perfect oasis in Hoi An. This is the best combination of luxury hotel and homestay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, comfortable... everything you could want, the pool is delightful, and delicious breakfast is bountiful. But, the best part is the people. The entire staff is so friendly and greeted us with giant smiles and conversation each day. Viet was particularly lovely and attentive! Phuc brings his whole heart to this operation, bringing us into his family's daily life, sharing cooking skills and meals, adding extra touches along the way. He even learned our names the first day. It was the perfect stay. We came because good friends had stayed here last year and recommended it. I can say without reservation that this was the best place we stayed on multiple fronts. The location updated in agoda and in google map is wrong, so u should call the hotel for directing the driver New hotel so cleanliness is fine. Breakfast is quite poor. We chosed Ruby Boutique Villa Hoian for my girl friend bithday after we got really busy and noisy from Hochiminh City.we called to Hotel for pick up sevice and wright away evrything was confirm by email, then we were picked up by a wonderful driver who could speak english well and told us something.we were welcomed by Mr. Quyen- Receptionist was so kind and welcoming with private check in, then show our room with a good briefing all information in the room. Our room was beautiful with comfy and big bed and nice garden in fornt. We enjoyed swimming a lot.it was huge and cool. The private offered by hotel was great where we took a swimming at the beach and enjoyed fresh sea here it was amazing stay. Would love this hotel!! Xem tiếp

We were warmly welcomed by the owner fook and his family. The room was spotless and had all we needed. Coffee &. Tea with the kettle would be handy but it's so cheap to buy we bought our own. Didn't have chance to use the lovely pool as weather was awful. All the staff I believe were family and helped out. Very welcoming and an easy walk to the old town. The area is completely flat & bikes are available from hotel. ( don't stay out after dark as no lights in them). Highly recommended but not near beach. Lovely hotel. Lovely people x Xem tiếp

The family who runs the hotel welcomed us very warmly. They were the perfect hosts, nice friendliy and helpful. The facilities are modern and very clean. The pool looks great even though we couldn't use it because of the bad weather. You can choose your breakfast from a menu. We loved the omelette and the Vietnamese ice coffee :) The location of the hotel is very convenient: next to the river and about 5min to the old town by bike. We'll definitely come back!! Xem tiếp

We had a river view room which was very spacious with modern furniture and a tv. The wet room was amazing, best bathroom we have had in Asia yet. Wifi is excellent and very fast. Breakfast was good, choice from the menu Of pancakes, eggs, museli etc. The hotel has bikes you can use to cycle into the town (about 5 mins away). Great hotel, we booked 4 nights and ended up staying 7. Phuk the owner is very welcoming and always there to help and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! Xem tiếp

The excellent service. Great rooms with nice balcony, clean tidy and friendly staff, Mr. Tom one the staff members even took us out for Breakfast, help us to arrange everything; tours, bus ticket, good place for dinner. I definitely recommend this place Xem tiếp

Good place to stay. Maybe a bit expensive. Had to pay extra for bicycle hire etc. However this was a very nice hotel. The room was immaculate. HOT water in the shower ! i would sat again if I was traveling with someone else. Would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room to make coffees etc. The room safe was broken. Ruby Villa is a wonderful homestay! The rooms are big and beautifully furnished. We booked a standard and got upgraded to a deluxe room with a big balcony overlooking the pool. We spent a lot of time by the big pool which was great for a post-beach swim. We also used the bikes that the hotel rents to get around hoi an. The location worked really well for us. It was a little removed from the craziness of old town but still had the beach and the center city easily accessible by bike. There are restaurants nearby that are an easy walk for dinner. We also love this stay because it is truly a homestay. The building is managed by a family with three generations on the premises. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful for booking excursions and taxis around hoi an. I can't recommend this stay enough! Xem tiếp

Nice family run hotel, nothing was a problem from organising airport transfers to transfer to Hue. The worst was no pool but they will have next year & the head banging music across the canal but luckily finishes at 2130 hrs. The dinner put on for guests was a nice surprise & it was good to interconnect with the other guests. Xem tiếp
