- Mình và bạn mình đang ở trong phòng thì ở đâu có một a nhân viên mặc áo xanh , tự ý lấy chìa khoá mở cửa dòm vào, ko hề bấm chuông hay gõ cửa , trong khi đó đúbg lúc bọn mình đang thay đồ , quá vô duyên . Mặc dù phòng có chuông mà sao ko bấm. ( ko hiểu a nhân viên đó làm ở khách sạn với chức vụ gì nữa ) . - Thêm điểm trừ nữa là mình có thuê xe ở khách sạn 3 hôm , và hôm thứ 2 mình ra lấy xe thì bị hỏng báo khách sạn mag ko sửa giúp mình xe đó . Phải đổi sang xe khác rất cộc cệch - Ngoài việc đó ra thì tất cả dịch vụ ở khách sạn đều tốt , đáng giá tiền Xem tiếp

We booked when it said it had a discount of 67%, then this price is quite valuable. Rooms are big and sparkling clean, however our 2 rooms have pink and rose colors, although we are family this sounds fine but for some travellers it could be quite uncommon! During or stay the wifi does not work at all, they knew but could not fixed it, hope that was an temporary event. Location is not great, young so much restaurants there and you can't walk to the beach if you don't spend many minutes walking. Xem tiếp

Cont from part b... It was drizzling and I waved many times at the receptionist at the counter before she acknowledged it. She was reluctant to come out and help and seemed to be trying to catch attention. It went on for minutes. Finally, a man in his 50s came to assist with the baggage. Till we finally entered our rooms 15 min later, it was apparent that the old man was the only one employed for this job. Over the next few hours before we went out for dinner after failing to use warm water, 1 receptionist, 1 porter, 1 technician and 1 restaurant helper remained the only hotel staffs seen at this 4* hotel. 6) Same situation elsewhere, at breakfast, no. of housekeeping staff seen in morning. Royal Huy really has to have enough staffs to run the many rooms it has. It's such a waste as the interior really is quite well done and currently clean. But, if neglected... 2 years later? Cont' from Part (a)........ One of us, who could speak Vietnamese, probed further. That afternoon, a group of about 100 Chinese has checked in. Apparently, they had taken long baths before going out and the supply of heated water, which is centralised, was completely used. 5) It goes without saying then that if you've booked a room with a bath tub and expected to utilise it, you can forget it. Most of the the rooms only have showers and they already can't cope with that. We did not have any warm water that night, only a cold shower or cold bath is possible. The next morning at 9am, a manager came seem to be going around to hand out keys to spare rooms where "hot water is available". Again, it turned out to be a PR show when we found that in these rooms, neither warm nor hot water is possible. 6) Acutally, tell-tale signs were already present when we first arrived at the hotel. a) Now that ratings are up, it has attracted higher traffic of guests, but it does not have both manpower and resources to maintain past standards. In fact, they are so stretched that facilities they have installed can't be used by the guests. 1) There was no heated water from the 2nd hour of our stay onwards. The phone line was completely dead. I had to walk down to the reception, to be informed that the main line at reception was out of order since several hours ago. When asked why this was not informed during check-in, another apology came. I really doubt that the main line was dead and had to remain so that long, in a modern city like Danang. Good chance it was an excuse to hold off the many phone calls about the water. 2) An hour later in our room, a technician who seem like he was on a routine round to "check for faults" and explain, went through the motions at the bathroom. The room was great. The staff are friendly and the service is fantastic. Breakfast included and they made bacon and eggs for me. Huge room and bed. The bath was small but that's the only minor point. Price was great too. I'll definitely go stay there again. I had a free Viet/English app which helped. The wifi is great. Xem tiếp

酒店离着海滩有些远，步行至少15分钟吧。我们订的家庭房2室2张大床，虽说能住下4大2小，但还是有些拥挤，关键是并不是正规2室，用装饰墙隔开的2个室，所以其实就是一间大房。这样造成隔音不好。2个孩子睡比较受影响。所以孩子多的家庭慎选。这家酒店应该是以接待大陆团客为主，我们住的时候遇到2波。他们在的时候，早餐拥挤都没座位。不在的时候就人少。早餐不是很丰富，有待提高。服务工作人员挺好，前台有2为美女会些汉语。沟通没有问题。接送机的司机师傅也很好。周围吃饭挺方便，挨着一个农贸集市挺近。 Xem tiếp

We had the impression reading the web page that the beach is across the street. It is actually across 50 m across, 250 m along and another 50 m from the street. Facilities are clean though small. The pool is not really a pool. It is more like a dipping pool, barely 10 m long.I suspect the picture on Agoda is from a different pool. Breakfast is limited, coffee was cold on both days we stayed there. Pho was served without herbs in VN of all places . We asked the staff to suggest some restaurant but we were told to check with the taxi driver. Overall, as long as you only look for a place to sleep and do not expect much service from the hotel, this is not bad. Xem tiếp

j'ai été étonné qu'ils m'ont quasi confisqué mon passeport en disant que c'était la politique interne de l'établissement (qui n'est ni écrite ou communiqué aux clients avant de louer une chambre,bien sur),ils auraient pu faire une photocopie ...c'était surtout un moyen de pression en cas de dégradation de la chambre ou de non paiement.... ensuite , nous avons été un peu surpris par l'agressivité des femmes de ménages qui tapaient à la porte très tôt le matin pour nettoyer les chambres (du fait qu'elles ne parlaient pas anglais,il aurait fallu laisser un communiqué comme quoi elles commençaient leur service aussi tôt)...le breakfast n'était ni bon,ni mauvais..il fallait juste ne pas y aller trop tôt à cause de la clientèle chinoise qui était du genre à squatter les tables ,parler bruyemment avec seulement une personne qui mange et les 3 autres qui regardent et discutent (il y avait des tables dehors,ils auraient pu y aller) Et enfin pour l'emplacement,on avait une belle vue sur la mer,le lieu était près de plusieurs restaurants et même de quelques petits commerces de proximité ouverts très tard le soir (excellent pour les encas le soir) En fin de compte,on a quand même passé un bon séjour ,la chambre était agréable et nous étions bien situé... Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und perfekte Lage und durch seine Höhe einen wunderschönen Ausblick in fast alle Richtungen 😊(Wir waren im 10. Stock)! Die Dachterrasse ist der absolute Hammer! Das Zimmer ist sauber und absolut stylisch eingerichtet - was zum Nachteil hat, dass das duschen eher in einer Überschwemmung des Badezimmers endet. Ansonsten haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, welches einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Gerne wieder! 😊 Xem tiếp
