Well, it happens often in Hanoi. Royal Gate hotel said, the room was fully booked and I should move to another hotel which was Delight Hotel on Doi Can street. It's far from Royal Gate hotel although the staff of Royal Gate hotel said it's near. if you don't have any interest in the Old Quarter, it would not be bad at all but the location was somewhat I didn't like at all. The hotel (Delight Hotel) offered me a room on the 11th floor which I should walk up from the 10th floor. Xem tiếp

This hotel is worth the price. The staff members are good at English, so I barely had a problem with communication. But when you have a problem with something in your room and have to ask them to check your room, you should have patience. They might not be as quick as you wish them to be. The location is quite far from the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. But don't worry convenience store and some restaurants are around. Should I visit Hanoi again, I will take it account of staying in this hotel again. Xem tiếp

This was my first stay in this hotel. The room was bright and well appointed with nice furniture, carpet and good quality materials. The problem was that in the bathroom was a bath and with a hose shower in the bath, but no where to hang the shower head! It is very hard to have a shower with one hand. The bed was comfortable. was mostly out during the day, but the staff were very friendly. the room was always clean, and the neighbourhood was very quiet. the lake was just a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and it was very safe to walk around the vicinity Xem tiếp

The hotel is outside the old quarters. We chose this hotel as we wanted to visit the HCM Mausoleum and the West Lake, both are a 15 - 20 minutes walk away (in different directions). It was also close to a nice popular local restaurant called Quan An Ngon so we didn't have any problems trying to settle our meals. Xem tiếp
