The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and included in price. Unfortunately there were some issues with electricity cut off at our room and we were temporary moved to another room which was without bathroom. There was also an unpleasant situation during currency exchange when staff behaved in an unprofessional way. Also room lock was not working properly. At the end staff helped us with bus transfer so our overall impression was better than at the beginning. Xem tiếp

the room was really spacious and comfortable. I was very impressed with the staff upon first impression. They provided me with a map of the city and offered to call me a sleeper bus for my next travel destination. I was able to rent a motorbike here and they helped me with my luggage upstairs. The next day I ended up getting into a terrible motorbike accident. The amount of help that I've gone from strangers has then so heartwarming, and the people at this Homestay made me feel like one of their own family members. I have a friend in town who's been helping me but when she's out exploring they let me stay here and they've been taking care of me and dressing my wounds off and on all day. I cannot express how impressed I am with the genuine Hospitality here. I was going to leave a good review anyway, but this really tops the list and is something that you can't put a price on. It's a good spot. It's quiet but it's still close to everything and the rooms are equipped with everything a solo traveler could hope for:-) Xem tiếp

I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner and staff are so helpful and friendly. You are right on the edge of the mountains and you can also rent scooters for very cheap so you can explore the area. Xem tiếp

Amazing place and location! Such a wonderful family, so helpful and kind! They really couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried. Really tasty free breakfast and even gave us a free dinner. We only regret not eating at their restaurant earlier. Its a very new homestay, really well designed and beautiful gardens. They are still learning English so a little patience is required. We loved everything. The staff were the most helpful and friendly and warm people. Breakfast was great, rooms very spacious and with nice views (we changed rooms during our stay, because we were upgraded for free when we arrived. Both were great!) Everything was super clean. There was a free dinner at one night which took us by surprise, it was delicious and big portions. Honestly, I don’t have anything bad to say at all. Highly recommend!! Xem tiếp

Very nice homestay, clean, nice room with private bathroom, delicious breakfast, and we liked the tam coc area and the family at rose garden homestay so much, that we decided to stay another night. Very helpful staff, helped with travel organization and tried to answer every question as good as possible. Beautiful location just a few minutes from the center of tam coc, possible to rent bicycles, very enjoyable stay. Xem tiếp

One of our favourite homestays of our trip so far! We stayed in a huge double room with views of the mountains, which was kept very clean and had a really comfortable bed. The staff here were lovely and even invited us to have hotpot dinner with them one evening which was delicious. Free breakfast is either an omelette, eggs or pancakes and a selection of fruit so lots of good options! Only thing we would say is we hired bicycles (a must in Tam Coc!) and did our laundry through the homestay and both were quite pricey considering the prices we’ve paid in other places in Vietnam. Brand new homestay with amazing facilities and a great family! Get in quick before they realise that they are undercharging 😂 We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was beautiful, breakfast included, free tea & coffee throughout the day, cheap bike rental, friendly and helpful family members. A 10min walk from town but still a great location. The only way they could improve is by installing a water filter so you don't have to waste to many plastic bottles. Xem tiếp

We had a wonderfully stay here. The home is new with a very large room and comfy bed. The family was incredibly kind and let us join for dinner. I highly recommend this homestay, it made our trip here feel special. Xem tiếp

We had such an awesome stay here. The family are all so lovely and welcoming they make you feel part of the family. They go the extra mile and give you little extras like tea, chocolates and fruit. They feel very genuine and we loved staying there. They even invited us for dinner and we were sad we had already made plans to meet friends. The homestay is pretty much new and everything is so nice and clean and big comfy beds with nice linen. Our favourite guesthouse in our 4 month southeast Asia trip hands down. Xem tiếp

Very good facilities, everything brand new. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, pillows, good towels, kettle with coffee and tea, clean... The staff is very helpful and friendly, they always want to have chat and know how was your day. The breakfast is amazing as well and the last night they gave us a dinner and late check out complimentary. It’s a new homestay and I recommend it 110%. If you stay here consider yourself very lucky! It’s only 10 min walk to the boat ride of Tam Coc and restaurants. Go for it!! Xem tiếp

Nos alojamos durante 3 días, el hotel es pequeño y familiar, se nota que es nuevo. Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y muy limpias. Esta un poco alejado del centro en una zona muy tranquila, si alquilas una moto estas a 5minutos del centro. El desayuno es increíble, abundante y delicioso, sobretodo el pancake! La familia que lo lleva es realmente encantadora, no hablan mucho inglés pero no es problema para entenderse con ellos. Lo recomendamos al 100% Tiene una terraza exterior muy comfortable. Xem tiếp

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Ausblick auf die Natur. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser leider nicht richtig ab. Das Englisch des Hotelpersonals war leider nicht sehr gut, aber alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder! Xem tiếp

A nossa chegada foi um pouco tardia e ficámos um pouco cépticos com a distância em relação ao centro. Contudo, fomos super bem acolhidos, as instalações são novas, limpas e bom estado. O pequeno almoço almoço é bom e no dia em que partimos, tivemos direito a um delicioso jantar gratuito. Todas estas qualidades fizeram-nos esquecer os 10/15min a pé até à entrada dos barcos.
