We were lucky to get an free upgrade to Rosa Boutique cruise. Jack is our guide who speak good english and entertaining. The food prepared were nice but only welcome drinks and two small bottle of mineral water are included in the package. The activities were fun and packed. The room were clean and comfortable. The food on the boat was good and plenty of it, the staff spent most of their time on their phones, and did not ask if we wanted a drink or any thing accept at happy hour, Halong bay is filthy and it is such a shame, so much rubbish, and that is what you can see, I would hate to think what is in the water that you can’t, the boat was very average. We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities that were in the itinerary and thought it was a terrific way to spend 24 hours on Halong Bay. It is an older boat I would not consider luxury but the value you get is immense. Xem tiếp

Overall, the 2d1n cruise was good. The guide and crew was really nice! Food was just ok but there was a lot to eat. Pearl farm, kayaking and swimming on the first day; tai chi and cave on the next day. Take note that shuttle bus is an additional 20usd Xem tiếp

Although you hear of a ton of garbage, it’s not as bad as people make it out to be. Any cruise, it seems is a good one. Probably better to go with smaller ones 6-10 cabins than the massive ones. Has a bit more of a community vibe. If you can find a cruise that does not go to Titop Island, that would be best. It’s so crowded and you’re left there for 2 hours. Better yet- stay on the boat and enjoy the peace and quiet. Xem tiếp

DISCLOSURE: We are a family of passionate cooks, so while the food was plentiful, we found it uninspiring. YMMV. In the lead-up, I asked for ship registration details, but they refused (saying private). Not even the name of the ship. Once on-board, they had to fix two faults in our room (bathroom fan and fridge), and I pointed out two others "for later" (loose door stop). The Wi-Fi hardly worked (can clearly see device had 3-4 bars reception, but no dice on Wi-Fi). In my IT support role, we use a Teltonika and get good Wi-Fi even 16km away from mobile tower, so their Wi-Fi device is rubbish. Activities were OK (but Sun Sot cave a bit crowded), and got on well with other passengers. Maintenance was quite poor (a lot of life jackets didn't have their whistles, door bolts on wrong way, jamming windows and shower screens, broken panels, air-con barely worked). Staff were friendly and explained things well (and gave a good update on the pointless Trump-Kim meeting in Hanoi that day). Xem tiếp

Had a wonderful overnight stay the cabins were clean with our own ensuite the food was endless so many dishes will not go away hungry drinks a bit pricey staff friendly & helpful had a wonderful time would highly recommend Xem tiếp

We booked at 2D 1 N trip at Rosa C. An 3.5hr journey from old quarter. Lunch is well served. (Please inform the tour guide if u dont take seafood) That was the time we get to know the rest of the tourist...from all over the world. 1st stop is the 1hr kayaking, u are able to see the cliffs...next is the pearl farm... nothing much to see there...no demonstration of how they pick the pearl. Inside the farm they sells not so good quality pearls though the price is low. after is free n easy and swimming in cold water is big challenge. In the evening, they served great local delights with generous portion to make sure it last you throughout the night. Night time there's a squid fishing event..not easy to catch em. haha. Next day they bought us to the cave...the was amazing and enormous cave...much bigger than we saw at malaysia and aust. We have our lunch before departing from the ship. The meals provided are fantastic. My cousin are allergic to seafood, and they make sure she has her own delicious dishes. Hot water shower is constant which is very good for winter season. However, it was 8 - 10degree when we were there, it is not recommended to come during this season. Xem tiếp

Our tour guide was 'Tom', a beautiful lady with smiling face all the time. She is knowledgeable, nice and friendly and the cruise crews as well. They gave my daughter a big surprise by sending her a birthday cake and sang her a birthday song although my daughter's birthday was past 2 days before the cruise. I was so touched. Thanks Rosa Cruise for the arrangement. Everything was just fine during the cruise, smooth pickup from hotel till the cruise finished. Just the shuttle bus not so comfortable. The cruise was clean, bed was comfortable, and foods so delicious. The beverage is not included in the fare but the price is still acceptable. Many people complaint the wifi was weak. Why not just put down your phone and enjoy the beauty of Halong Bay. You will get more than your pay. Xem tiếp

Good size boat which can accommodate about 20+ ppl. Warm, helpful, entertaining and friendly staff to keep you happy during the cruise. Minh, our tour guide is quite an entertainer himself and patiently explaining everything about the history, culture and safe precautions to take during the journey. Scenery was stunning, ship was basic but ok for the price, food was very good. The air conditioning was turned off at every opportunity and we were sick of asking them to turn it on again. This spoiled the whole thing as it was very hot. It wasn't a relaxing cruise and we were headed from one place to the next in order to fit everything in. We were told there were no jellyfish by one of the guides, this was obviously not true as I was stung while swimming. We then saw lots of them in the water and later found out it was jelly fish season. Xem tiếp

It was a brilliant tour. Our guide Chu was really the best! His local knowledge of the area- Ha Long- together with his eloquent explanations to any questions we had about the history etc were answered with such ease. there were plenty of food staff were great .the rooms were disappointing. We got a email the day before we sailed to say we have been upgraded to Rosa boutique cruse I think it was a downgrade not up grade the shower and toilet leaked all over the bathroom . the excursions was great .when we booked it said there was a private balcony but the boat had no balcony's at all .
