This place was quite far from the town and we found that the price of the taxi to and from the bus (walking with our luggage was not really on the table for us) could have gone towards getting a closer room. However the rooms were really nice and big and the walk to town was not unpleasant, we jogged in in the morning to get breakfast in town. The staff even arranged to drive us to the bus station for a lesser price than the taxi would have cost us. Xem tiếp

The owner is nice and the breakfast was okay! The room we got had a ugly smell in the bathroom so we had to keep that door closed. Xem tiếp

The owners were nice but they don't speak English. When we arrived, they showed us to a room which has 4 beds in and no balcony it when in fact we booked a room with a 1 big bed and a balcony. When we showed them our booking, they moved us upstairs and gave us the correct room but the room was dirty. Sheets were dirty, things inside the room were dusty and the toilet was filthy. It looked like someone used it and no one bothered to clean it for a long time. Breakfast was not good. We rented a motorcycle for 2 days from them and it was in bad condition. No restaurants or eateries nearby. They also have 1 receptionist working for them who can speak English but she was a bit pushy trying to sell us tours, bus tickets and clothes which was really annoying. And lastly, they close their gates at around 9 and when you arrived during those time you better hope the owners are still awake or tou will have a big problem waking them up from the outside. we have 6 adults with 1 kid for this trip. We paid 2 standard room and 1 triple room for couple months ago before the trip. End up we need to cramps ourselves into 1 family room which created a lot of inconvenience to us. The hotel claims that their email has been hacked and not receiving our booking. The 3 room is same price with family room.There is a lot of ants moving around in the room even we can find it on bed as well. There water heating is not function well. The hotel is about 2km from ancient town, which we need to rent motorbike or bicycle.Anyhow the staff is nice. Xem tiếp

first time we have chance to travel together to Hoian and Riverside is the good select where we would like to stay. everything is wonderful and we do not have any comments about riverside pottery village. hotel's staff very helpful to flexible the booking and we appreciate about that. The place was quite far away from hoi an city center, and although you can rent a motorbike here they weren't very good. Despite the language barrier everyone from the family that runs te place was friendly and helpful, even though they tried to sell us a lot of tours. For breakfast we had a lot of options and all tasty and feeling. Qaung mie was delicious but noodle soup was sometimes instant noodles. The room was comfortable, good ac and tv but could be more spacious. The view is quite nice from the balconies We enjoyed our stay here Xem tiếp

We had a fantastic stay at riverside pottery village. The hostess was very nice, and spoke good english, very informative of the local area and the tours and local attractions. Breakfast was fantastic, wifi worked perfectly. Room was very nice, bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Xem tiếp
