Chỗ nghỉ có chất, đẹp, bờ sông rất tuyệt. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ phòng chỉ tới 10 giờ tối nên hơi bất tiện, nhất là khi phòng mình ở bị quên không có bàn chải & kem đánh răng, khi phát hiện ra thì đã 11 giờ tối rồi. May mắn xuống gặp được anh bảo vệ nhờ ảnh lấy giùm chứ gọi cho ông manager chờ quài hông thấy! Xem tiếp

Khuyết điểm duy nhất là đường vào khách sạn nhỏ, hơi khó tìm 1 chút nhưng chỉ dẫn của Google Map hoàn toàn chính xác, hơi bất tiện cho các bạn đi xe hơi. Các yếu tố còn lại mình đánh giá rất tốt. Xem tiếp

The River cottage is hidden down the end on a lane in District 2. It has a great deck over looking the Siagon River. The rooms are very good and the staff was great. There are some very good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Xem tiếp

I returned here for the 3rd time as its such a great place to stay , the staff are absolutely fantastic , and the rooms are brilliant , with the biggest comfy bed , an easy stroll to all the restaurants and bars of District 2 and a short cab into District 1 , the in house restaurant is great too and sitting on the deck next to the river is a lovely place to be , I will be back again Xem tiếp

River Cottage is a wonderful place , its peaceful , stylish and a great place to stay , the staff cant do enough for you and being in District 2 its surrounded by great bars and restaurants , also a short cheap hop in a taxi to the bustle and madness of district 1 . Thank you River Cottage staff for an exceptional respite. The views of the peaceful Saigon river along with the beautiful room with private patio and outside shower (stunning) was just perfect for my stay. The food was delicious too! Overall fantastic experience and one I will recco to all my local friends wanting a weekend staycation! Xem tiếp

I don’t really want to tell people about it because it was so fabulous. Some other reviewers have been critical about the fact that the food is brought in and not prepared at River Cottage but this wasn’t a problem for me. One - the food was great. Two - it comes from Snap Cafe which is a two minute walk away. Snap is also a really nice place to go and eat! All in this was excellent. For HCMC it was remarkably quiet as in it was actually quiet (on Sunday morning). This city is always noisy and that Sunday morning was about the quietest I’ve experienced since I’ve been here. River Cottage is a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility (save the passing river traffic, which is not a problem).Sat on the river, the setting amongst beautiful flora. The room was large and a very nice design without being too busy. The bathroom was gorgeous, and had a wide range of toiletries and lots of towels and. the room is complemented with a large comfortable balcony. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful!! This place may look idyllic in the photos and the rooms have reasonable (Instagram) charm, however the river view rooms can barely see the river. You can if you squint through the massive trees in the way. The building works next door (this is Vietnam after all: the sound of an angle grinder is never far away) is courteous enough to start several hours after the roosters who seem to be competing for some kind of poultry town crier championship from 4am till 7am daily. Nice one lads. It's rainy season so there's rain, of course. However, the photos fail to show the corrugated fibreglass roofing that amplifies the sound of the rain to such a level everything including thought is irradiated. The young crowd are in on weekends to get riverside sunsets which is nice. Although I suspect they are there because they must be immune to malaria, dengue and encephalitis due to constant swarm of mosquitoes in and around the property. A great place with retro decoration for relaxing. Spacious room with open air bathroom, a private garden corner. Restaurant area by the river is fantastic. There’re few bycicles available for free. It’s about 5 mins cycling to crowded area. Xem tiếp

Be careful of small tiled steps that lead up into the bathroom in room 2. I fell very heavily because the steps are narrow, tiled and my feet were damp from having a shower. Not sure why the steps are there at all. Xem tiếp

The River Cottage is a really beautiful place located in District 2. Although you need to catch a cab into the centre of town, it’s easier and cheap (only 3 miles). The neighbour in which the River Cottage is located is my favourite in Saigon. It has the best restaurants and bars and feels very relaxed compared to the craziness of district 1. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Saigon. Can’t recommend it enough! Xem tiếp
