I was offered an upgrade from Superior Room to Suit Room by the hotel. The staff was nice and supportive, the room was large and clean with good location :) Yet, the air conditioner was not cool enough (I adjusted to 17 degree but it was so hot - like 25-26 degree comparing to other AC) and the towel having many excess fabric fibers. The rooms are a bit dated and need new furniture. Reception was very very friendly when I first checked in. However, when I checked out they asked me to fill in a survey. When I wrote down "7/10" on the survey form for the dated rooms, they confronted me about it and heavily pressured me to write a "9/10" or "10/10" positive review online. I understand they have targets to meet. However, I don't want to be confronted while on holiday. It made a very average stay feel mediocre. I wouldn't stay here again. This is a very friendly hotel, staffs at the reception were accommodating and friendly (Zusy and Bruce). They will help you with everything. The room was spacious as we booked family suite room for a group of 3. Breakfast was beyond expections as they have a lot of selections and taste great too. You can walk to the tourist area but a little far if you are lazy to walk ;). Overall was great! Xem tiếp

Amazing customer service! All staff were incredibly friendly, and we’re happy to help arranging tours, taxis, laundry, etc. They arranged a great overnight to Ha Long Bay, refunded our night at the hotel, and held our luggage while we were away. Great experience! Xem tiếp

超级差劲的酒店，首先房间很小，图文不符，完全和宣传的不一样，放了行李箱之后就很难再移动了，早上下去吃早点，早点种类很少，而且不新鲜。厕所超级奇怪根本放不下什么东西，水池那里不漏水，每次洗完澡水都咽到小腿那边。 最重要的一点！！！我们在这个酒店丢了东西，衣服，包包和文件袋，但是工作人员拒绝承担责任，服务员态度超级差，千万不要来。生气。Super awsful hotel, bad attidude stuff, We lost a lots of stuff from the hotel, but they reject to take any responsible for that and keep find excuse. Breakfast is awful, not fresh and unclean,limited choice,we go doen and only have fruit(one favor) over there. Restroom also not convience, drain is not work and have wired sund at night. space is small that after put luggage cannot move. Xem tiếp
