You couldn't ask for a more comfortable accommodation, friendlier staff or clean facilities. Just outside of the traffic and crowds this is the best escape with all of beach and old town within easy reach. Overlooking rice paddies it's so nice and peaceful to just sit, sip some tea and relax. I enjoyed walking to old town but you can take a motorbike or bicycle if you like, it's only a few minutes away. Standard breakfast choices, free bike cheap MC rentals and good/ fast laundry services make this a prime choice. The owners are super gracious, friendly and hospitable. It's one of my top 3 favorites from 3 months of travel throughout SE Asia. Xem tiếp

Stayed for 3 nights here. Here are my thoughts; - Room was nice size and private bathroom was big with shower and bath and generally clean. Our room was not cleaned once in the 3 days and we didn’t get any fresh towels either which I was surprised about as every other homestay we were in provided this. Good air con - This property lists free breakfast online. It’s not free and this wasn’t mentioned to me until I asked. In the reception area there is one table so nowhere to eat breakfast anyway, doesn’t make sense. Reception area not so clean. - we arrived early to the property and were given the room that was available at that time. We were given standard room when I had booked deluxe room, this was fine as they accommodated for our early arrival and standard was the only free room. I was told I could have deluxe the next day. Nothing was mentioned and we stayed in standard for the remaining 3 nights, standard was nice so this was not an issue. However at the end of our stay we were charged for full rate deluxe room! Online I read there are free bicycle for guests to the town. They are not free and again we were not told this and at the end of the stay hey charged for using bicycles. I disputed this and the deluxe charge and she gave us bikes for free. It’s not much anyway but it’s the principle. -it’s quite far from the old town and centre, if you have a motorbike or bicycle this is fine, but not walking distance and taxis are a HUGE rip off in Hoi An - Compared to other home stays it was pricey, especially when the rooms aren’t cleaned and nothing else is included in the price Xem tiếp

I have to highly recommend Rice Flower Homestay to every traveler who travel to Hoi An. The host Mini is so kind and helpful, I just stayed there for one night, she updated the room for me, let me rest very well that night. She also provided free bicycle which I can ride around the country. The breakfast is not free, but you only need to pay for 50000 vnd for delicious food and drink, really worth it. Hope I have another chance to travel to Hoi An again, and I will definitely stay longer. Xem tiếp

This homestay is great! Perfectly located between the Old Town and the Beach, you can rent bikes or scooters to get around. THey have a very cute kitten as well!! :D . The rooms are big and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this homestay :D Xem tiếp

Long was an exceptional host offering us help with planning our trip, pointing us in the right direction of a good mechanic, and giving us tips on the best way to sell our bikes (we'd been riding from Saigon). The rest of the staff we met were equally as delightful. The property itself is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy area and backpackers, but within a few minutes drive of it. Very clean, very comfortable and there's a bath - a heaven sent after a day of riding! Would definitely recommend Rice Flower (and have done!) and will be sure to stay again when we make it back to Hoi An! Xem tiếp

Cannot recommend this homestay enough...starting from the wonderful reception on arrival and care throughout the stay, with a fabulous host! It was the Lantern Festival in the evening and Mimi the host organised we all went in together to watch it followed by a lovely group dinner before returning home. She also offered to cook dinner for those interested and you could tag along to the market in prep for it. All the people working at the house are brilliantly friendly and helpful, it was sad to leave, I even returned the following day for a coffee and was welcomed with open arms! Hospitality at its best along with amazing facilities. Wonderfully clean and comfortable rooms with big windows and natural light. Thank you to all at Rice Flower for making my stay at Hoi An. Apparently the home went through management change not too long ago. Theyre making an effort to change it to a more cozy and homely stay location and it definitely is. Besides the fantastic rooms in a beautiful home, the home owners were amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful young people. Even when we had a bit of a fiasco involving several young kittens that we brought into the home, the hosts were able to help us find adoptive parents for the kittens. They really went above and beyond to make sure the stay was great. Youre in good hands if you stop by here. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Xem tiếp

Me and my partner had a brilliant four night stay. Amazing view from the balcony overlooking the paddy field, and the room was large and bed very comfy. The location is near the beach and free bicycles go to old town only 15 minutes. Staffs very friendly, especially Long. We absolute come back in the future! Xem tiếp

We stayed here in December 2016. Whilst it is not in the center of Hoi An, it is well situated between the town and the beach, so you have both options. There are free bicycles for use, or you can hire a moped if you are a bit lazier.. like us! The rooms are perfect for the price paid, in fact the best we have had in all of Vietnam. We opted for the first floor room with view of the rice fields. It was well appointed with TV, AC, fan, fridge, a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The view out was very pleasant and made it light and airy. James and Mai are lovely hosts who cannot do enough for you. They have recently taken over running Rice Flower and have some great plans for the future. One evening we had a pizza night with them which was great, and added to the homely feel of the place. To top that, we then left our passport wallet at the room (whoops!) and only realised when we got to Hanoi... It could have been a nightmare but James and Mai posted it to us via express mail so we weren't stuck! So helpful. We are coming back in a few months so this says it all really! Xem tiếp
