The mattress is super hard so bad for sleeping. I could only managed about 4hrs before it’s get so painful... this the only issue that I won’t be booking at this location again! Other than that staff is friendly and great. Kitchen is good! There also a washing machine! Bathroom is superb! Xem tiếp

we stayed 12 nights at this place and it was generally good. the facilities in the room were nice. except really poor wifi signal. you have to stay in the room which is next to the router to get a good signal otherwise it is useless. the mattress is very firm, it is not good for you if you like plush mattress. it is hard and may be annoying and cause back pain. the hotel do not has other mattress for you to exchange so beware Room service is worse because you have to ask them to give you a room service. and the lady was extremely rude, she use the hotel master key to unlock the door and get in without asking, TWICE. first the second time we put a plate request for room service but it was not done so the second date we put a "do not disturb" sign on because we have to work in the room but this lady get in without asking and she said she thought we were not in the room. she also suggest guests should tips her for service and we did not give any tips because of the rudeness. The name of the hotel is not RG Residential Suites and the address is wrong on google maps AND Agoda! I went around for 20 minutes and had to call the hotel to ask. Luckily I speak Vietnamese and was able to get the location otherwise they don’t speak English so it would’ve been near impossible to find this place. I booked a room just for the washing machine and they put my in a room without one because the room with one was not available at the time I checked in. My room wasn’t made up until a day later. The staff later tried to be accommodating after the washing machine situation by finding another room for me but I had already unpacked all of my stuff and it was late at night. Xem tiếp

室内にドラム式洗濯機が有り選んだ目的は達成しましたが、Google mapが指す位置と所在地が違っていて、ギブアップしてタクシーの運転手に宿へ電話をして貰うまで、車内観光をしてしまいました。 「朝食付き」と成っていましたが、どうやらサービスは無い様です。 Xem tiếp
